Friendly staff and great service. The food is always hot and fresh. There's free street parking and a small car park down the road as well. Book a table in advance as it does get quite busy in there.

Absolutely loved it. Food was superb. I had braised beef. Some may not like veg a bit hard, I like it that way. Melted in mouth. Friend had steak. Really good. Staff second to none and attentive. Highly recommend.
Go back again after a bit disappointed from the fish last time. Surf n turf was amazing! Duck starter was beautiful. Definitely back again.
If you want good quality food at reasonable prices you need to eat here. I was taken here for a meal and it didn't disappoint. The staff were experienced and polite. Went here after a recommendation from our AirBnB host, really nice place! Food was good and prices were fair. I got the Taphouse Chicken Stack, very lovely! Highly recommend if you are staying in the area or passing through at meal time!
It was steak night and food was beautiful. Only complaint was steak was not hot enough when served and all at our table agreed with that. They were very busy at that time of evening

Called into the tap house for lunch with my wife and two young daughters. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff. Fantastic food, friendly atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
Great quality of food and atmosphere, a well thought out menu which provides loads of choice. Only reason for not 5* is my steak came out closer to the well-done side when I ordered medium rare, and a friend was seriously unimpressed with the serving size of the duck option. Made for good laughs tho
