I really enjoy the atmosphere in this Tim Horton’s. It’s so nicely decorated and the food is lovely. They have lots of options to choose from so you’re spoilt for choice! It’s family friendly and the staff are lovely!
The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Ms. Sara. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic!. We will definitely be back soon.
I deleted my last review because in haste it was a bad one! ordered a breakfast meal with Medium Coffee and muffin and received no coffee. Brought it back at lunchtime and the staff were frankly amazing. They gave me a free Cheese Burger the coffee and a donut which I was very impressed with. The attitude of the staff changed my view entirely so 5 stars and thanks.
Good breakfast for £3.49, and then a doughnut for an extra pound.
Food was actually really nice and served up relatively fast.
The seating was clean and tidy with plenty of seats and tables without feeling like you’re sat on top of each other. The baby/high chair was actually clean as well !
The staff were friendly, patient and very polite.
The toilets were clean and didn’t smell which was good considering how busy it gets here.

This is our third time eating at Tim Hortons Butcher branch. Food French Vanilla and egg muffin is yummy. as well as smiley faces of the staff as they welcome the guest is a nice thing to see. Wish to see it in all coffee shops. Definitely will come again
I absolutely love this Tim Hortons! I’ve got a wee toddler and the staff are so accommodating when I’m in with him by myself - they bring my order to the table and get me a high chair, as well as free TimBits as a treat for my little one! The food and drinks are always exceptional, and the staff are so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
Customer service was excellent. Everyone made me feel welcome and ensured I was looked after. Especially that of Pooja who took time out of her shift to ensure everything was going well. I will definitely be back.

Large open building, laid out well. Wheelchair accessible and highchairs available. Bathrooms available, disabled and baby changing. Building clean inside and out.
I saw electrical outlets at some of the seats. A range of different seat options. Orders were quick and food was good. There is order screen or u can order at a desk, also drive thru.
The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful. Cannot rare high enough, excellent customers service from every member of staff and they are incredibly quick at serving.
Excellent value for the the price, would recommend their drinks, doughnuts and chilli cheese chicken burger. Hot choc is on another level yum!
Lovely atmosphere, lovely and warm great view of mountains. Loved the Free drink-wasnt as nice as I'd expected, but lively service. Friendly staff for such a busy day.
I’m at the Boucher road outlet and the staff here are so sweet, especially Sarah 💗 They are really friendly and smile! They are really kind. Place extremely clean, relaxed and I like the decor. Much more pleasing than McD’s. Would highly recommend and like the decor
Donuts were gorgeous, place was really clean and well organized. Unfortunately Hazelnut flavor for coffee wasn’t available, but flat one was great. Love it.
The staff here seem to be somewhat nicer than the other branches. They’ll go out of their way for you. I often come for one of their £3.49 breakfasts before 10am; any meal, regularly for drink (extra for sauce caramel etc) have a bad work to say. Foods always top notch as is the service.
Really great place to have your breakfast and drinks. I do like their s’mores caramel frappe. They have vegetarian options too. Can get busy in evening but a good place with access to sockets and WiFi if you want to sit in and work.
My first visit to Tim Hortons but will definitely not be the last. I can’t wait to come back and try all the different drinks and donuts. Pooja, Sarah and Aqsa are absolute gems! They made me feel so welcome and checked on me to make sure my experience was the best it could be.
Had a really good time at Tim Horton’s Boucher Road today. Sarah at the door was lovely to us and very efficient. She has a great way with customers :)
Great customer service fast efficient and very clean sit in .
Food was delicious ordered two chicken wraps both hot and service was done with a smile. We also got an iced latte and hot chocolate. My mum said her hot chocolate was the hottest she's had anywhere. Will Def be back
