Always busy in city centre expect a long wait .... limited sandwiches because it duznt stop from it opens until it closes ..... staff friendly.... food fresh ..... loads off seating downstairs n up stairs still cheapest in belfast for a cheap lunch or a light snack
I recently had the most incredible experience at this greggs!! The girl with dark hair and and big brown eyes complimented me and told me about the offers and saved me money. She was incredibly nice and I walked away with a big smile on my face. The place was also very clean, overall 10/10 experience.
Usually use Bangor one but this was much better more variety do a lovely pizza slice don't do that in bangor

Really nice here, not busy at all, staff are super friendly and the cleanliness and atmosphere is amazing too.
Very polite staff, beautiful food to take away, clean store. Covid-19 restrictions apply and no 'eat in dinning ' at the moment.
The patience these guys have on Christmas Eve! The place was buzzing and Starbucks next door were quiet. Not enough seats but decent sausie roll with the best of sauces, HP, and an even better cuppa. Merry Christmas to the guys - they must be shattered.

Love Gregg's Coffee and sandwiches, doughnuts 😋 always go in when iam in town. BUT they need more staff, always looks grubby, tables always need cleared, and floors always dirty. Should have someone appointed to look after the shop floor.🤨
