No visit to Belfast without a visit to Greggs for their wonderful vegan sausage roll, which I strongly recommend as it is the most delicious vegan sauce roll I've ever eaten. I'd bought one then returned for three more... For the friendly staff member to inform me I could get four for the price of three. Even better.
Excellent location near the city hall, convenient for tourists like myself who'd like a break from walking.
Sunday 29th October @ 12:40pm, was very busy at this time, expected there to be a wait as there was a big queue and one person serving. You could clearly hear staff out the back of house talking amongst themselves, (most likely busy prepping more food), however, I was served by a guy named Cameron who took pride in his job, had time for every customer that came to the till and greeted everyone with a smile, give this young lad a pay rise. Or at least some help!!! Despite that, Cameron handled working under pressure, alone, very well!
Fantastic staff! Don't often pop into Greggs but when I went in for a chicken pastry had a lovely chat with two very friendly gents. Advised I try Greggs own raspberry lemonade and on this very hot and humid day it was exactly what I needed! 10/10 would come back to this Greggs for staff alone!
I was eager to try Greggs and was not disappointed. The food was lovely, great staff too.
Good place to grab a quick and cheap lunch in the city centre. Can be busy at times but queue generally moves quickly

Lovely pastries and donuts, and probably the loveliest staff you’ll ever encounter. I have been a few times and the customer service is first class. Also it’s easy on your purse :)
Lovely staff. Food is always served hot. Bit of a shame they're always sold out of the new salad boxes. Nevertheless, one of my favourite Greggs stores in Belfast.

Good food and friendly service. There is a good selection and it seemed to be well stocked. There is very limited seating so better for take away rather than sit in. Was clean and well maintained and staff seemed very aware of hygiene. A great location right in the centre of Belfast.
Sausage rolls, pastries, pasties, sandwiches, donuts, sweet treats, savory titbits, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soup - I could go on, but Greggs really does the business if you're looking for an inexpensive but tasty munch. They do good meal deals too. Frig it, I've made myself hungry, I'm off there now!! 🍵 ☕ 🥖 🍅 🥗 🥚
Massive thank you to Sean to making sure the woman heard him say no butter no sauce on my breakfast roll yet the woman making it still put butter on it
As an autistic person I said no butter due to sensory overloads. No fault to Sean. But please just make sure the person making knows this incase someone's an allergy
For a quick bite on the move Greggs is hard to beat. Fantastic deals are on permanently and quality is consistent. App is well worth using too as you get additional free offers and loyalty rewards.
