This was my first time in this branch it was at Halloween. The staff had all dressed up as something that wasn't scary to younger customers. The service was great and the food arrived warm and fast. I watched how the staff interacted with a customer who had special needs and it was great to watch as
Witnessed the staff deal with a particularly difficult customer at drive through today who was being extremely unreasonable. The girl at the window with it efficiently and very well. Usually get quick and prompt service here and staff are polite and well trained
Not very happy with this place. There was only one person in front of me so not long wait. When I got me order chips were cold and burger was lue warm. Had get me order replaced.
Easily accessible McDonald's restaurant and Tesco in the same area. Quicker to drive through depending on time of day. Unfortunately no electric car chargers on site despite parking for over 300 vehicles. As of 06/2023.
