This store has quick service compared to other coffee shops in the area.
Is good but around many coffee shops similar to Starbucks. So I didn't have time for compare but I can't see that other places looks more craud

Tables were dirty and had lots of old cups still on the table. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but only having 3 people needs to be changed! There was one on tills and 3 making drinks. They need at least a 4th to keep the floor clean.
I love the new renovation. The staff were super friendly and my drink was made very fast.
Enjoyed filter coffee at new Starbucks Castlecourt Shopping Centre. Good decor and colour scheme. We were served very quickly.
Gorgeous interior with big floor to ceiling windows. Probably the prettiest Starbucks I've been in, in a long time!

Honestly the guys in here make an amazing cold brew and have the perfect ratios. I will return to this Starbucks when I'm in Belfast for my coffee and the atmosphere isn't as noisy as some of the other coffee shops. The staff are very friendly as well absolute gem in belfast
