Different experience today, good home department. No make up testers which is very different.
Good range of mens suits and shirts
Today I came in to get presents for friends and family, I was helped with my shopping trip by a lovely girl called Aimee B who was working amongst the makeup in benefit and urban decay. She was so lovely and helpful making sure I got the best deals etc. I actually went back to ask for her name to le
This store is inside Castle Court shopping centre. The store is split over 3 floors so it carries a good range of stock. It was busy when we were in. A lot of items were in sale. Any staff I met were pleasant and friendly. I especially love their costume jewellery at the moment. I go here to get my
Applied for a personal shopper to find a formal dress. They were so welcoming and warm, and offered my the sale price 2 days early so I wouldn't have to come back again. Was a great experience and they don't work on commission so they are just there to be really helpful. Great advice and I'd recomme
Love going here to have a browse and mostly get my favourite makeup. Staff are helpful and friendly and always ready to give advice on the products. Store is well laid out and is kept spotless! Well worth a visit.
Well laid out store so even though it is very large it's easy to find what you are looking for, the popular toys for Christmas are cheaper here than some well-known shops or online for genuine goods, the cafe is also very reasonably priced. The staff in all departments are extremely helpful and ver
Brilliant store. Everything under one roof! Great beauty hall. Large selection of brand and own labels. Frequently have good deals on and sales. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great service and good food. Close to Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and the Gaiety Theatre. For the energetic type, only 15 minutes walk to O'Connell Street, or step on the team as it passes the door. What me could a body ask for?
Wonderful shop and a great selection for all occasions. Fantastic customer service, particularly Jennifer in the Castle Court Debenhams, Belfast. Who was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me to match up all of my outfit and also went to the trouble of ordering my shoes from anothe
Found a lovely Craghoppers top for £39: down from £99...was tempted to get two, and take full advantage of the sales, but thought better. As the stores have shut their changing rooms, I had to use the toilets of the shopping centre to try it on...as you do. Found a lengthy queue outside this particu
I love shopping in Debenhams, as you have all the big British brands on one floor and easy to get a real good bargain.
I also find the staff very helpful and polite.
They also have good toilet facilities and a great coffee shop.
You can also find good quality items in their homewear department.

Great choice of clothes and a vast array of cosmetics, perfumes ect.all great for a browse but especially for buying, only downside is some of the aisles are a bit narrow for mobility scooters and I'm sure for prams as well otherwise I'd have given five stars .
Debenhams in Belfast always has a nice feel. The store is well laid out although I was disappointed to see some designer ranges missing, mainly John Rocha. May still be there but I couldn't find it 😉. The household section is great wit a good range of China and glassware and the cafe is always pret
Brilliant place to shop good sale on at the moment. ☘️🇮🇪☘️
My comment relates to the wonderful make up consultant at the Bare Minerals concession in Belfast. Her name is Emma, and she deserves to be congratulated. I am not regularly in the store, but can you believe she remembered a conversation we had about the brand from around a year ago - said she rem
