Food was cooked to perfection and it came very quickly. The restaurant is open until late hours, place was very clean and the girl that took my order was super nice and professional, she even recommended me some sauces so that’s a good attitude. 5 stars.
After trying different KFC shops in Belfast, I got the best crispy bucket chicken from Shaftesbury square Belfast.
Staffs are working under immense pressure but really friendly and approachable 👏🏽

Hadn't been to a kfc since 2018 but was surprised at the quality of the food. Service was efficient and friendly my double zinger burger was tasty and the cherry Pepsi was just what I needed. A good experience all around.
A tough one this, staff friendly but no real idea what they were doing, very very long wait for food and was then given the wrong order, however when it arrived it was very fresh and well made with a decent presentation. Only quality issues was the amount of mayo and salsa sauce was about 10% of what it should be, otherwise a perfect zinga tower burger

Went in around 6pm, staff were clearly busy, not much interaction but understandable. Still very polite.
There was a small queue, but the store had hood COVID restrictions in place. Clearly marked out and hand sanitizer available

The people working there were friendly and really kind offering to help with my mobility equipment. Honestly, they were all lovely.
It's kfc ain't it, when we went this woman called mini fillets a mini burger and something about the way she said it tickled me got loads of mileage out of it.
