This review concerns the fantastic staff at George Best Airport Belfast.
On a recent short trip home I had to wait for other family members and noticed how friendly and efficient the staff were at this Costa.
One lady, Margaret deserves a special mention. She breezed in to help the very busy guy serving coffee and never let the grass grow under her feet! When she wasn't serving she was always busy clearing tables as soon as the customers vacated them. This was lovely to see and such a rarity in this day and age. Well done staff especially Margaret, keep up the good work.
Friday 24th May 4.00 - 5.00 pm - very busy. A young server called Conor so cheerful amidst all the rush! He was also efficient, took time to listen to what customers were saying - made such a difference. Hope he stays. Also, girl called Courtney - cleared table and cleaned very quickly. Other airports - take note, Belfast City Airport way out in front when it comes to service, helpfulness and cleanliness. Well done!
Costa served a delicious caramel millionaire’s shortbread with a perfectly balanced latte. They have a wide range of buns, cakes and other desserts. All items are at a fair price.
Well positioned little Costa on the concourse between the airport and the DLR station. Nice, helpful staff. Good place to sit and watch the world go by.
Short wait. The usual good selection. The seating at the top is nice and quiet! Lovely staff. One of our favourites :)
