Best lunch venue in Belfast. From the range of food, atmosphere to staff this place is buzzing. If it's just a coffee or a full dinner Rubens has a knack of delivering. It offers takeaway or sit -in ( there is a larger eating area at the back, with table service). To top it all off its very reasonably priced and the staff genuinely go out of their way to please , π
The staff are polite and friendly, we work close to Reubens and use it 2or3 times a week , good food and craic π
