Staff were lovely, girls on the tills were really kind and accommodating especially to the kids in the restaurant. Food was lovely and lots of different sizing options - I prefer smaller and my bacon double cheeseburger was only £3!!! Great value and lovely burgers, option for much larger burgers if you like them! Very clean, staff cleaning floor and tables at a great rate and a lovely view from the glass interior!
I like the Galwally BK. Even when it's not busy with customers, they're busy cleaning and the manager cleans too. He's very polite and always smiles.
It's easy to park there. Toilets are clean and accessible. It's one of the good ones.
I have recently visited this restaurant for my lunch break. Food was delicious like always & service was also great, there was no long wait in queue, place was clean too. Excellent job by team.
Clean, fast and friendly service. Food piping hot and decent but maybe because I don’t buy a lot of fast food £8.99 for a steakhouse Aberdeen Angus burger, chip and drink seemed a tad expensive. Either that or I need to get out more! Filled a hole in the tooth though 🤗
At Burger King on Sunday the 1st October, the food was excellent, and the place was spotless. 5🌟to the guy cleaning the place.
Burger King has great food and service but atmosphere is none existence need some music and a little to pricey

Burger king are consistent with good quality tasty quick food. I recommend the double whopper meal with a cappuccino. Forestside branch has plenty of seating in a relaxed atmosphere. Free parking or drive in option.
Best Burger King in Belfast. Great staff , especially floor managers and very clean
One of the best BK’s around- fast, efficient, damn tasty and very clean throughout. I note the ethnicity of those working here (in 2023) and think that must be why it’s as good as it is. Regardless of job level from sweeping the floors to managing the staff, they obviously take some pride unlike the traditional NI workforce in the fast food sector.
Judging it as far as a Burger King goes, it was a very good meal. Nuggets were slightly overdone but still tasted great. Very clean, good staff.
The Bacon cheese fries are really good, worth trying.
Grandchildren brought us here for the first time, used to go to Mc D's but have been converted, we had a sit in meal. Far better service, staff were very welcoming ,went through the menu and explained items and as for the atmosphere, your staff gave you a warm welcome 👍 We'll be back again. Thank you all.
