I had heard about Gregg's for years, and we finally had a chance to stop by one. I tried the regular sausage roll- I thought it was really good (being the first time I'd had one, I have nothing to compare it to, but it was delicious).

A small cafe with not much seating. You wouldn’t be staying too long unlike some other cafes which are more spacious. However, the snacks are far better than some bigger chains. Their tea is fabulous. The price is great!!
Went here with my Mum as she isnt a fan if Starbucks, first time in a Gregs and have to say the donuts were delicious and super fresh! Mocha was nicely made too. Was served by a very friendly lady this morning. She was cheerful and professional and clearly very capable for coffee is really not that bad here and I will definitely come back for more excavation point
Just love this place.... Always a good experience. The manage to keep their prices reasonable and affordable which is a plus always.
Love this greggs, staff are so nice, child loves the cupcakes I love the coffee and sausage rolls 🤣 always a good tgtg bag as well! Only thing wrong is not enough seating
They do good meal deals and always cheap. Plenty of things to pick from well worth a visit.

Lovely staff here. I visited a couple of weeks ago and a really ignorant man spoke to one of the workers in a really belittling manner all because he wanted a till receipt as well as a visa receipt. Staff handled him so well and so politely but he was just horrible. Be sound treat retail and hospita
I find greggs store very clean food is great including coffee any time I have been in I have been served by a fella called Thomas he is always great fun smiling he would just make your day more pleasant.

Absolutely happy with this Greggs place. Customer service is good but the tables are sometimes left untidy for too long. I have had to clear the tables myself and with 2 kids with me, was not easy handling personal items, clearing tables and attending to my kids.
Great choice of different, freshly made sandwiches, and baguettes. But the savouries are a bit hit and mess, if you want a warm one. It's all about timing, I suppose. And the staff are always helpful.
As far as Greggs go I give it 5 stars. Hot cupboard is actually hot, stocked with good variety and store was clean and tidy. Not often you get all 3 in Greggs
This branch of Greggs is in a large retail park in the Boucher area of Belfast. The site is more of an industrial area, packed with car show rooms and larger branches of clothing retailers and household goods. It wouldn't be suitable to access on foot, being quite a bit out from the city centre.
