Really liked this old bar, lovely friendly place to go that serves a great array of fine beers and all served by lovely people.
Just as it should be.
Nice!
It's the first time here and i can say.. wow. Chill atmosphere/professionality and good music. I recommend to come here. I didn't try the food. Maybe i'll get it next time
Place was busy on a Saturday afternoon, all seating areas inside were either being used or reserved, so we opted to sit outside. We noticed there were a few dogs relaxing outside, and we found out the place was dog friendly. Food was juicy, highly recommend the burgers! The chips are to die for.
Loved the food. The Old Fashioned was on point and the brewed in house beer was a big hit.
They brew their own beer on site, what's not to like ? Several craft ale are also on tap. The staff are knowledgeable in that field but if you're unsure, just ask and they'll give you a wee taster. There's a decent food menu but if you want a real treat, come on Wednesday night, cos Belfast Uke are
Great menu! Interesting choices for starters and mains. Vegetarian options and nearly everything can be made gluten free. Treat yourself to chunky chips - they're delish!
Staff friendly, relaxed atmosphere, trad music on Friday evenings.
I definitely recommend a visit to The Deer's Head!
Dropped in for a sneaky pint on a day off. Normally during the weekend this place is packed. Today it was perfect for a quiet pint. I was actually surprised by how quiet it was. Don't go past folks, call in and get some real beer
From the moment you step foot into this charming establishment, you are met with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The decor is tastefully rustic and the layout of the space creates a cozy and intimate setting that is perfect for a night out with friends or a ro
Hard to beat this bar come microbrewery for a few drinks with friends or family.
Great pub with lots of beer on tap. They even had their own little distillery. There was a plum cider that was enjoyed by our group. The IPA was also excellent. There was plenty of seating. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and have time.
Nice old pub with microbrewery. Get there early and grab a booth. This is how pubs should be.
Traditional pub with craft-beer twist. You can get tasting beer flight with 3 x 1/3 pint of their beer that they brew next door for taste. There’s also the hot wings that is made with their IPA BBQ source that is finger licking good. In the winter time there’s Irish coffee and we had the Neils signa
Lovely craft beers, and also nice pint of Guinness. Great to hear some Irish trad music in here, went back a few times during my stay in the city. If you are visiting Belfast, The Deers Head is a must!
My wife and I loved it here from turning on a light to order our pints to the art Deco layouts it was super. Friendly staff great food and there in house brewing was something else, if your in Belfast please pop in and experience this fine establishment.
Fantastic traditional Victorian pub with its own microbrewery. Great selection of their own brews plus an array of craft beers from NI breweries and beyond. Beautiful interior with loads of attention to detail. First class service. Can’t wait to come back!
Love the deer's head. Visit once a month. Unfortunately today we had 2 dirty wine glasses. R bus was due so didn't have time to complain. I cleaned them with wipes .
Excellent beer and service! We were here on monday, so not that much people in. But I bet it's great on the weekends!
Great Sunday roast dinner . Nice atmosphere, friendly staff ....couldn't ask for more on a cold , wet Sunday in Belfast city centre.... we'll be back to try some of the beers brewed on site
