Famous for its vegan gelato, Indigo also has offerings of high standard specialist coffee. Using Workshop's beans from London, the flat white is well balanced and tasty.
The interior is very cozy and warm with hipchick decoration such as recycled wood made bars and plants, the old fashion steel door reveals the efforts of keeping the space's originality to match with the local high street it's located in. I can imagine it becomes busy in weekends or when having special events.
Oh! And their music selection is smart too, pretty clean and folky, just reflecting how this place is!!
Indigo is probably the most chill coffee shop in this city. Mainly because of the gelato, but also because Ryan runs a clean and simple space, while serving great coffee from speciality roasters, along with a range of baked goods that are homemade. The gelato is unique to this shop and there is always a great selection of flavours, several of which will even accommodate vegan customers!
I love this place! The staff are super friendly, the gelato is just marvelous and the WiFi is really fast. Also there are loads of sockets. It's the perfect place to do uni work away from the madness of the McClay library! Great beans from great roasters! Overall, I highly recommend it!

Another great independent café, adding to Belfast's emerging coffee culture. It may be small, but if you're in Stranmillis and need that quality caffeine kick then this is where you need to be.
As if that wasn't enough, their homemade, titular range of gelato is the best I've had this side of Florence.
