I happened to find this great spot when visiting Belfast and loved it. Great beverages, coffee, chocolate gift for everyone you love and amazing atmosphere. The service was both friendly and efficient. Super recommend 👍👍
Went there for the hot chocolate, stayed for the gorgeous view of the Scottish Provident building.

One of the best places to have chocolate drinks and coffee. Apart from the beverages they have several chocolate and coffee powders with brewing machines. Excellent interior & customer service. Situated straight in front of the Belfast City Centre Metro Bus Station.
I always enjoy a visit to Hotel Chocolat. I went recently with my daughter, after not having been for a while. We both had ice cream which was delicious as always. I was offered a VIP card, which I accepted. I have since received an email offering 15% off, so we are hoping to return again soon. It wasn't overly busy when we were there on Monday afternoon, it has sometimes been difficult to get a seat on previous visits.
By far the best hot chocolates with the choco whip included!! Staff are always so friendly and helpful and the place is kept very clean. My baby even got a free ice cream which was the first ice cream he ever had! Always a treat to come here!

Such friendly staff, beautifully laid out shop and of course we all know how great Hotel Chocolat items are 😊😊 one trip to the counter wasn’t enough lol a fantastic place! If I worked there I’d bring no wages home lol

Great flavours. Have never seen a coffee machine with its own chocolate mouse adapter...i wanted to put my mouth under it.
My daughter has coeliac and we'd tried a couple of places to get her a treat with no luck. I left her at the door with our two dogs and went inside to see if perhaps Hotel Chocolate had anything gluten free. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who first told me that the dogs didn't have to wait outside and then proceeded to help me find a suitable treat for my daughter. I couldn't rate the service here highly enough! Thank you so much for taking care of us, we'll definitely be back.
Best Hot Chocolate I've had in a long time. I recommend the Chilli Hot Chocolate
What can I say? What a place! Surrounded by the best chocolate money can buy! After having a good browse around the vast range of chocolate you can then sit with a cuppa and enjoy your chocolate! They even have a vegan friendly range AND vegan cuppas too!
Very delicious with many textural and chocolate varieties in it. It's also fairly priced and offers student discount
I was attracted by this ice cream picture featured by this hotel chocolate and I went in to get an ice cream with dark chocolate sauce . Cost me around £3.25. Worth every penny.
Have tried this place just this week twice and have enjoyed the atmosphere and impeccable service. ☺️

Amazing staff with the best lattes and hot chocolates in Belfast! The price is probably higher than most, but the taste is superior and more enjoyable !
