It was my first time at this Starbucks location. It is very well located, right in the heart oft city centre of Belfast.
This Starbucks is very spacious, long and it has a second space to the left.
The interior design is very neat, and is equipped with comfortable furniture.
It has some cool rope art work hanging from wall.
Staff was friendly, they let me borrow their usb charger to charge phone.
To drink, I had the dragon fruit coconut refresha . It was nice, and refreshing.
I will definitely go to this Starbucks location again when I visit Belfast again.
I love this coffee shop. I like to come here whenever i get the chance , the staff are always pleasant , professional and very helpful.
The manager and staff in this coffee shop are second to none being open to conversation , polite and well presented , the shop is clean and tidy , it is wonderfully comfortable and has a little hidden gem of a snug if you like to seclude yourself away for quiet contemplation over your coice of drink and/or food.
A highly recommended stop for refreshment while out and about in Belfast.
This Starbucks is situated in a very good location in the centre of Belfast in Northern Ireland. As tourists in the city, we very appreciated the maps by the entrance and that they have restroom, as pro, but not very clean .
The staff was very kind but extremely slow.
My brother received his espresso very quickly but after that we waited and waited and we felt very unsecured whats happening because the latte didn't arrived. Then a few minutes later the barist told that they forget my latte. Hence the 4 stars.
Just another Starbucks store. And the first one we tried in Belfast. I do appreciate the warm and friendly gesture of the staff. The place has a great cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for a quick coffee break and meetup.
We arrived fairly late in the day, exhausted after visiting Titanic Belfast. We were given a very warm welcome and the staff reopened the back section so that we could all sit down indoors. Highly recommended.
Ordered a caramel macchiato I had a few mins before my bus had to rush too the station then was nothing in the coffee was not like Starbucks staff to not add the syrups or the drizzle
On a bus day out from Omagh this cafe was the main part of the tour for the 4 and 8 year old. After a 90 minute journey an oasis for the two children and myself. Just opposite the bus depot it is very handy and a large latte, tea, sausage bap,strawberry refresher, and small smoothie well prepared for the shopping mall at Castle Court.
The lady manager of this Starbucks was so helpful and went above and beyond helping us get taxis to the ferry terminal in Belfast , she should be rewarded because she thaught nothing of her self and helped when she didn’t need to , a credit to Starbucks and people like her gives us hope for the future thank you
This Starbucks is one I pass almost everyday, but never go in because the queue visible through the door is always just a bit too long and there are plenty of other places to get coffee in a 100 m radius of this shop. However, I was asked to meet someone here and so went in (mid afternoon). Pleasantly surprised. Coffee was good. Service was fast and there was plenty of space to find a seat. Also found a plug socket to plug in my laptop. The guy on the till had a bit of a sense of humour bypass, but to be honest probably just didn't understand my joke....I wasn't offended enough to drop a star. 😀

Lovely coffee atmosphere, & well decorated.
I go to this place regularly, often getting something simple, staffs always friendly, they clean as often as they can, although it can be messy during large amounts of people. Can't fault them, Staff do their best and it's got good menu options.
Coffee was lovely but some of the staff need to work on their customer service. I am partly deaf so can be hard to hear them even with my hear aid and the person making and giving out the drinks huffed when I couldn't hear them and asked them to repeat their question.
Huge space and very nice staff. It’s the usual Starbucks so on that front no disappointment. The shop is well located for a pre-bus coffee.

I went to this Starbucks with my daughter. We were both given Grande drinks despite not being asked what size of drink we wanted. I originally ordered a tall decaf Americano but was told that decaf was not available. However, I enjoyed being in Starbucks again, I hadn't been for a long time as our local Starbucks has greatly reduced its opening hours.
The atmosphere was nice as well as the service.
