Nice place to have a coffee and people watch. Nice staff who work hard. Keep it up. Oh and the coffee is much nicer than rival companies.
I didn't eat there, just my friend and I drank the coffee. We enjoyed a lot and it was wonderful to sit there

This place is very well placed for a shopping break. Lots of seating, clean and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the food and i do like their coffee.
Cafe Nero in the House of Frazer is very nice and the usual Cafe Nero experience. The staff were very nice

Pleasant place to relax and drink ur beverage whatever it maybe, although you really do need the staff to communicate with each other so they can enlighten you with the correct drink other than that its good 👍
1st time in caffe Nero meeting my friends I vnt seen in over 2yrs it was lovely to see them n hv a good chat n coffee n the staff were lovely n couldn't do enough for us
Felt sorry for staff in neros,, in House of Frazer. all tables chained up but we took out good coffee and a smile from the batista.
