Lots of stuff to browse, and cafe is very good. Don't forget to visit the goats and deer.

Fantastic changes in Hillmount Garde centre. Well worth a visit. I would like to have had more time to browse today but arranged to meet long lost relatives in the cafe. My visit was a great success. Certainly will be back.
Great garden centre with full cafe/restaurant.
Extensive range of plants, pots, peat, garden furniture & accessories etc! Used to buy from mainstream DIY shops however Hillmount is more competitive and plants better looked after.
Cafe excellent with great range and some good gluten free choices.
I love going here with the family, especially during the Christmas period. We love looking around the place.
The prices of a lot of the stuff in there can be quite questionable, but overall, it's a great place to go if you just want a quiet day out looking for plants and other garden stuff e.t.c.
They much more stuff in there other than garden stuff. I highly recommend you try here when you can.
We went to see Father Christmas Sunday 19th Dec and was so impressed. It was a lovely experience to walk around and see all the different scenes they had done, meeting Father Christmas was very magical and the lovely soft toy was gorgeous 😍.
Hillmount is a hidden gem in the Castleteagh hills.
The garden centre is amazing plus the other accessories
Clothes ,card selection, unusual gift selections a one stop shop!!
The restaurant is absolutely a return to spot whether for breakfast lunch or OMG the treats for coffee :)
Oh and Santa's grotto. An all year venue for all!
Maybe I shouldn't be enthusiastic about Hillmount as might encourage too many folks to visit.

Staff ever so helpful and friendly
Cleaning staff always busy and their dedication is brilliant.
Very popular garden centre which sells beautiful gifts as well as lovely healthy plants. Displays are good and the staff are really helpful. Great food at a very reasonable price too if you want to make the most of your visit.
Staff are very friendly and very helpful the guys went out of their way to help us with a village project.
Good quality and surprisingly wide range of hot and cold food available. I had a pre-prepared chicken caesar salad while my kids had sausage or chicken breast with garlic potatoes and broccoli. Not a load of vegetarian options available so my wife had a baked potato; but it was all delicious.
Very helpful staff great choice of plants. Finally found decent sized plants after looking at many other garden centers Highly recommend this place also has a lovely petting zoo with Pygmy Goats and Deer.
Great garden centre with a fabulous cafe. Brunch or lunch or a dinner or just a scone or cake. Great access for disabled or elderly. Reasonably priced really friendly staff. Always had a great lunch and a look round the garden centre. Which also sells clothes
A very comprehensive garden centre, and the Sunday lunch menu, and the chosen food, was excellent, and well priced.
Went here to see Santa with the kids. Great experience, lovely friendly staff and beautiful gift shop. Will be back again
Everytime I go to Hillmount I end up not eating for a day extremely large portions. Staff are always courteous, food is always piping hot and there's always a dessert to end lunch. One problem I have I spend way to much money in their craft shop but it's my type of heaven.

Great range of Weber BBQ products
This is a garden centre with a bit of everything. From traditional sweets to plants and compost. The café is also very good with views across to the Belfast hills. Great selection of Christmas decorations and trees. Santa's Grotto is really well done and well worth a visit.
Fantatic food, compliments 2 the chefs, good service & comfortable seats, overall a great experience.
