A wide selection of food on the menu to choose from & very focused on local sustainable food. We had beetroot soup, savoury scrolls & cod cheeks orzo on this visit & it was excellent.Very tasty.

First visit. Tasting menu - excellent. Atmosphere good and surroundings top notch. Service could have been a bit faster but otherwise a very enjoyable experience. I'll visit again around Christmas.
Although it is a university training school, I have been to others and unfortunately, this night, wasn't as good. I expect it was just unlucky on our part rather than across the whole restaurant. The food was what you would expect and some of the pieces exceptional; all down to personal taste but
This is the university training school restaurant however it is as good if not better than most city centre restaurants and at a reasonable cost.

Stunning. It’s a rare thing to have a working restaurant attached to a university. The students get hands on, supervised, exceptional training. Quality of food and service is wonderful. Training the next generation of culinary and hospitality stars.

What a find ! My friend and I had lunch here . Everyone was so friendly and professional. Food was cooked to perfection.Great wine list. Came home and booked a return visit and will definitely book for the tasting menu.
