Historic pub with tasty food. Irish chowder is bountiful, loaded with chunks of salmon an white fish, surprisingly large for small portion. The soup is much lighter than the American version. Guinness bbq chicken wings are very tasty, mildly sweet chili flavored. (More than half dozen, no drumstic
Went for the Sunday Lunch; it was amazing quality and value! Think it was around £13.95 per person, and you get a choice of what meats/veggies you'd like. Very tasty and we were stuffed afterwards. Would definitely go back!
I had the steak sandwich. Overall pretty nice, sauce is good and the steak was tasty. Tobacco onions could have been better cooked, but other than that a very nice meal.
I really liked the seafood chowder. The wife liked the haddock/chips but it wasn’t exception. Great family atmosphere. Staff was ok but nothing exceptions. No real complaints just average.
Three visits and two meals here, each time very successful. One afternoon stop for a quiet drink and two evening meals. Menu is small but perfectly formed. Two shared starters, four main courses and two shared desserts, each course excellent and clean plates. Reasonable prices for food and beers, co
The food was good and the service was quick.

If your looking for no nonsense well prepared food Fountain Lane hits the spot. I had lunch upstairs in the grill restaurant served by helpful and informative staff. I’ll return the next time in town.

Great food, great staff. If i lived local here I would come here weekly
Great food, quiz night on a Monday if your up for a challenge
Just popped in to get out of the rain and ended up having one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had! Great selection of drinks and cocktails. Will definitely be back
Nice pub with good beer and good bar food. Delightfully snarky bartender!
Great pub in Northern Ireland. Live music and good ambiance. Had the beef pie with mashed potatoes which was delicious
We didn’t book and they where Albert to squeeze us in because it was early but I’d advise booking. The usual pub classics on the menu, cooked to a good standard. Also had sports playing on the big screens
