What a great experience visiting a local pub while here in Belfast. Staff amazing and the food and pints all fantastic. There were 4 of us and we all tried different menu items. Loved the mussels myself. Great for both locals and tourists.
An amazing pub with so much history! We sat upstairs for dinner and had Irish stew and steak and Guinness pie (and of course a few pints of Guinness!) The food was delicious and reasonably priced; the service was fast and the waiters were very helpful. It was very busy when we went so we had to rese
This is one of Belfasts oldest pubs. Quaint original panelling. Also, this pub is still burning gas mantles for lighting, amazing! Great choice of beers. If you visit Belfast, you have to see this place.
This is a great place to stop in for a pint! Beautiful interiors soaked in history! The snug booths are very fun to sit in with friends and chat or play cards over a drink.
Great atmosphere and beautiful interior! I can also confirm that the Guinness does taste so much better in Ireland. 🇮🇪 Definitely worth the visit if you're in belfast!
Old beautifully maintained saloon. Great food with pleasant flavours. Nice staff. If going for dinner skip the main entrance and use the side door, up the stairs to the dining area.
Wonderful, historic restaurant and pub in a great location near Victoria Train Station & within walking distance from our hotel. Great atmosphere, excellent food and service. A must when visiting Belfast.
Very old, traditional Irish pub with amazing fixtures and fittings only problem and that was on our part was that on a Friday afternoon at about 4.00pm it was heaving with people like us...tourists and like us rugby fans going to the Sale v Ulster game next day also regulars after finishing work.

A 200 year old gin saloon that was beautiful inside and the food was brilliant. Had the boar and chorizo pot pie and the macaroni and cheese main dish. Both were very good and hit the spot.
Never been to such a beautiful and well decorated pub, the original features are stunning. We sat in a booth and enjoyed the coziness and privacy. Many a lovely Guinness was had!
We did not eat here, just popping in for a drink and soak in the ambience. It's a pub that has loads of history, beautiful wood paneling and stained glass. The beer choice is just average but it's worth visiting for a quick drink just to experience being here. It can be quite busy and a lot of booth
A great, historical place. Always very busy but managed to find a booth, encourages people to get chatting, we met some lovely people. Would recommend trying the belfast beer and of course the Guinness.
Quite a busy place. Architecturally very impressive piece of history. The little Closed both are good for privacy but make it a less friendly atmosphere. Also you have to book to get one.
If you're staying downtown in belfast, this must be somewhere you visit. The interior is recognized on the National Historic Trust of Ireland. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely beautiful. It's like walking back in time. Had a great deal of fun here drinking cold beer and bantering with my fellow Tr
Beautiful bar local to the bus station. Fantastic pint of guiness and great service.
What a great pub the whole place was amazing and the staff were very friendly and polite as well as the most efficient I've seen in a long time
This was the last port on our cruise, Belfast is a great place to visit and definitely worth a visit to the Crown for a pint of Guinness, so smooth, was told that the carpentry was done by the same carpenters that worked on the titanic.
