Best place for tacos in Belfast, always outstanding and so fresh and flavourful. Love their cocktails too, coconut margaritas are the best. their verdita shot is/was delicious, a must have to end every visit with, please please bring it back!!! All the staff are great craic (especially Laura) and very knowledgeable on the food and drink. Will be back again and again.
I don't say this lightly when I say this is the best Mexican food I've ever had and one of the best meals I've ever had. Incredible food. Incredible drinks. 2 vegetarians and 2 meat eaters and everyone was so impressed with the food. Warning don't go if you like cilantro... As it's in Mexican cooking... And if you don't realise that then that's on you
Every star is for the food and cocktails which were both just perfection 👌🏻 Dont get me wrong the place had a cool vibe and the staff were friendly despite clearly being tired after a long, busy shift but this place is all about the food. I adore Mexican food and am always wary trying a new place as so many get it wrong but this was authentic - the flavors were simply sublime and the heat (spice) was good and exactly as promised. The haberno margs were delish with a building heat that was perfect - not for the faint hearted and exactly as billed. The staff clearly are passionate about their roles and several made recommendations and talked about their own preferences as well as customer favourites - this was a really nice touch.
This is a great little Mexican. Food was delicious. Especially the fish taco.. yum!

Some of the best Mexican food I've had anywhere, stopped in early on a Friday and was already busy; staff were great, service quick and everything we had was outstanding!

Very delicious, we ate here two nights in a row. I got birria tacos, chicken quesadilla, esquites, & ceviche. The chicken quesadilla was the most delicious yummy mouth watering plate so far. Would recommend to anyone. The spicy sauce was so spicy, the guacamole was a bit bland.
Great!!! A true Mexican restaurant experience. Real Mexican/Central American food.....not simply lathered with cheese sauce, but true fresh food!

Fun, authentic, tasty food by Adam and his team. Vibrant surroundings, and Ashley was perfect in her service with a great smile and good knowledge of what was available. La Taqueria is a 'must do' in Belfast.
Really great tacos. Birria tacos are a must, fish tacos were also really good. Little pricey but well worth it for a Mexican treat.
This place never disappoints. 10/10 every time. With awkward dietary requirements, namely Gluten free and dairy free, these guys always serve up the most amazing meal. Belfast's best guacamole to start, we usually get whatever the special is. Amazing beef, fish, pork, chicken, vegetarian and vegan mains. Anything crispy is usually my favourite. Loads of drinks, but obviously the best margaritas - coconut is always my favourite. If, like my boyfriend, you have an aversion (year long fear) to tequila, the mojitos are also amazing. The service is always friendly with a smile, and they are always happy to check that everything is suitable for dietary needs. Amazing work.

Great place for some tacos! Definitely some unique options in the menu. Loved the beef in bone broth.
The cocktails were delish and a great compliment to the meal.
Would definitely recommend booking in advance as it is a small venue so you do not want to be disappointed to miss out!

I've travelled a lot in Latin America so know Mexican food. This is a modern take on Latin food. The presentation was fancy and the food excellent. Keep in mind it may be spicy, so don't expect it to be like other food you've eaten. The staff was very helpful and can guide you if you aren't used to spice
Also, the drinks are excellent. The coconut margarita was recommended by the waitress and was spot on. It was fantastic.
One warning: if your a visiting American tourist, the portions are a little smaller than you may be used to, but by no means smaller than should be. Me and my friends are just used to over eating 🙂
The most authentic Mexican food that I have found in the UK! (I used to live in Texas, so authentic Tex-Mex is kind of my thing...). Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!!!

Absolutely loved this authentic Mexican place. Not upmarket but hip and the food and drinks were super fresh including the guac which is how I decide whether or not I even go to a Mexican or texmex place. Great passionate service and some mice cocktails too. Loved the coconut tequila shot with pineapple, mint, coriander, lime, chilli and salt chaser. Epic.
