Very nice, calm atmosphere. I had coffee and scones for breakfast and everything was simply amazing. They have a nice patio at the back and also another seating area upstairs. they are against smoking so they don’t even have an ashtray outside in front of the cafe, so maybe bring your own.

The Lamppost Cafe has another branch in Linen Hall, Belfast! The menu remains the same, with their signature yummy egg and avocado dish. The staff are even friendlier and make for a delightful visit. Highly recommend treating yourself here. The ground floor for dogs while the second one for people want to be away from dogs. I like to see dogs all the times!

This place has such an old English vibe! With teapots, paintings and florals everywhere, it really felt cozy and warm. The food was above average in quality and taste. However, the quantity can be slightly more. The afternoon tea menu looked nice so will probably try that next time. But overall, it's a great place.

Visited here for a little date with my partner, Firstly we were immediately greeted as we entered and treated very well by all the women working today, Smiling and asking was the food all okay which may I add was absolutely delicious! The pesto chicken open sandwich was so tasty with so many different flavours and the salad was so fresh, I also had a cup of butternut squash soup and it was heavenly, So smooth and full of flavour. The best bit by a mile was the scone, It was so fresh and so soft served with fresh cream and jam. Such affordable prices for such amazing quality. They're dog friendly too as I'd seen a few dogs come in and they were so attentive to all their staff even greeting the dogs. I just want to thank you so much for such a positive experience, I will definitely be back❣️ Thank you again to the staff☺️☺️

Couple of friends suggested me to eat at The Lamppost Cafe during my trip in Belfast. I had a very good Chicken Caesar open sandwich with soup and finished with an excellent cappuccino. Nice and very friendly staff! Highly recommended. There is free parking across the street

This is either my best or second best vegan breakfasts I've ever eaten, I'm not sure. It was absolutely delicious. Imaginative and tasty 😋 The whole menu is good and they cater for all. My little jack made short work of her Puppachino and biscuits too and she's a fussy eater 👍🐕 It was an amazing experience. Like I was eating my favourite food whilst also being part of a fairy tale 🧚‍♀️ Decor is interesting and fun. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. I recommend you check it out for yourselves....... I'll go out of my way to eat here again 🌻🙏💚🌈 PS..... Great coffee too ☕❤️

Narnia - We have arrived! What a great overall experience. From the atmosphere to the carefully plated dishes, The Lamppost Cafe delivers! Who is the chef back there? Aslan!?! A must visit while in Belfast for fans of C.S. Lewis or otherwise.

Absolute best venue in Belfast for private dining. Loved every dish and every second of our night celebrating my dads 60th. Superb staff, superb food - celebrating in style 🤗😍 Called in again for a chilled Sunday breakfast after a walk with the dog. Milo (the dog) loved it, we were so welcomed and the food was gorgeous as ever- best chicken Miles had 😋 and the poached eggs weren't bad either

Delicious food and lots of creative options for vegan and vegetarian. Staff are always lovely, coffee is banging and kid and dog friendly. Quirky cosy set up, and outdoor/indoor garden. Loos are spotless and have emergency supplies for babies and feminine hygiene which is a huge plus! Love this place.
