Another plucked out of thin air pick.
Was absolutely stellar, lovely atmosphere, a proper cafe feel to it.
Happy and friendly staff, constant flow of customers and the food was exquisite.
Had a varied selection, the full fry, vegetarian and pancakes, all faultless and very much enjoyed
Lovely breakfast, a good welcome, quick service, plenty of choice on the menu I had a healthy breakfast and they were happy to change the bacon to sausages. KV had a big Hatters breakfast. Empty plates and satisfied people. Well worth a visit.
Very nice little off the beaten track.
Nice location with some outdoor seating weather permitting.
Service good but maybe a little prompt. Some time to read the menu in a new location is always welcome.
The menu is good and varied plenty of vegetarian and even vegan options.

Great staff. Great food. Great prices. Had the Ulster Fry which was generous & not at all greasy. Co-eater had the potato stack which was a special consisting of potato bread, bacon, sausage & an egg - great value!
This cafe was close to my accommodation so perfect for breakfast after a morning walk.

I've been coming here since I was a student. A pretty big range, but, importantly, a proper Ulster Fry on offer. Lovely staff, and proper wholesome, old school Belfast. Welcoming and good craic.
Staff are very friendly and the food was lovely I had the healthy breakfast I would definitely recommend trying this place top notch 👌

A good place to grab quick, easy & comfort breakfast foods. Nothing fancy or trendy but quite relaxed and comfortable environment. I didn't like their coffee though. Flat white was VERY foamy.
Called at the Mad Hatter but it is in the process of being revamped, and it looks really class. Am really looking forward to it reopening.
Ahhhh, it’s now opened and I had to treat myself to a “Hatter fry”. It’s was fresh tasty, plenty, delicious and no grease on the plate. First class.

Great place for lunch
I was suitably impressed with this cafe. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a sausage, egg and rasher on a bap and it was excellent. I’d return for sure as the tea was great as well.
Finally to say it was very quick and extremely reasonable.
Very nice breakfast place! I will go back next time i come to Belfast. If you are looking for English style breakfast, it’s a nice place!
