I am an Indian and travelled all over the UK in search of best Indian restaurants and I must say this is the BEST I have eaten so far!!! I had prawn puri, chicken achari Desi style, butter nan and keema pilav!! Everything was delicious!! The staff is very friendly and go the extra mile to cater to your taste buds! This is our first visit to Belfast and happened upon this restaurant . Fantastic welcome from Tony and things just got better from there. Food was served quickly by friendly staff. My garlic nan was the best I have ever tasted. Lovely meal and overall enjoyable dining experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
My husband son and myself went tonight for a meal to celebrate my husband's birthday which was today. The food and service was fantastic. We were greeted at the door and made welcome. The decor is really lovely the staff so attentive. We will definitely go back.
Hands down one of the best dining experiences of our lives. 16 days in high end hotels and restaraunts throughout Europe and this experience was absolutely amazing. Delicious quality food and unbelievable service. Sham, our server was so terrific and just made this whole dining experience that much more memorable.
If you like Indian food and are anywhere near Belfast, you have to try it or you are seriously missing out.
Fantastic food, we weren’t rushed at all and the staff were happy for us to take our time. We wanted to try lots of dishes, they were happy to make us small portions so we could do just that.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. We planned to stay only one evening Belfast but this restaurant made us stay until after dinner on the second day. Great vegetarian choices, outstandingly attentive and helpful waiters, warm kitchen until late and all that at a reasonable price. Can definitely recommend to everyone who likes Indian food!
Delicious authentic Indian food and truly exceptional service. Staff was very attentive and made us feel like we were the only one in the restaurant. The food comes at classic Indian spice levels by default, so if your sensitive to heat, let them know when you order.
Everyone went out of their way to make sure the youngest of their customers (6) would enjoy his food. Really appreciated that, even though I brought him there specifically for him to try a new taste, so offering to make him chips and bringing him Tikka Masala while he was saying he loved his lamb was a bit too much.
The food was good, they are trying hard to make it palatable to Western taste without losing too much of the original flavour. The price is a tad big considering the ingredients used, but all in all it was a very good, friendly, I'd say even memorable experience.
The service is impeccable and something more, they really do know how to make someone feel welcome. I'd always pay a bit more for the food to have such a lovely dining experience, especially if the occasion requires good food, friendly service, relaxed decorum and a bit of privacy.

A truly exceptional meal. I say this because I am usually a fast eater, but this was not the case on this occasion- even though the meal was delicious. I guess the food was so well balanced in terms of its flavours, and so expertly prepared, that I simply felt the need to savour and attend to the essence of its quality.
Prices were good and the staff were both courteous and engaging. Definitely a stand-out! Thank you. James, Lisa and Cheyenne.
Great meal, really friendly staff, if you like hot, ideal, vindaloo was hot. Back here for a second time this year from London, working. Awesome once again. Spent the whole night here, not rushed. Staff great, food again fantastic. 6 gold stars
Highly recommended!! I am a regular at this restaurant. I love the food served there. It serves authentic Indian food. You can request how spicy or mild you want it to be. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in.
We recently visited Moghul Restaurant for a birthday dinner upon a recommendation. I've never written a review for a restaurant before, but in this case, I feel compelled.
Not only was the food delicious and (in all our 6 opinions) without fault, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. From the minute we walked in we felt extremely welcomed from a manager (Sham) who had remembered small details about the reservation such as the birthday girls' names and dietary requirements before we even sat down. All the staff went to such lengths to cater to our individual needs and were so friendly.
I cannot recommend this place more highly. The food and service deserve far more than all these 5 little stars can express. Go there.
Amazing authentic Indian food with healthy portions. Extremely impressed with Tony's recommendations, politeness and his desire to make us the happiest guests possible. Would highly recommend hitting them up.
Excellent food, excellent service. This was one of the nicest meals I've ever had and we regularly go to many different Indian restaurants. There are also some really good vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend it.
An authentic experience! I felt we sat in a family's home in India. The father and daughter are waiters while the rest seem to be cooking with love. They are so generous with the little extra ramekins of sauce and peppers they bring to the table for us to try. We had the butter chicken and the moghul special. Naan was perfect. I wish we could've tried more, but we're in Belfast for only two days. I really felt that I was warped to India for an evening and back. Thank you!
I am from Chicago area visiting Belfast, dropped by on recommendation of co-worker. Staff is very friendly and food excellent. Looks like staff has ownership in business and they make efforts to provide quality food and service.
