I love this place been coming here many years now and ordering takeout from here all time! Staff are amazing! Food amazing so fresh! I’m only sorry I hadn’t left google review sooner! Best Indian food in Belfast!
A fantastic and authentic Indian restaurant.
They have a wide selection of delicious curries, authentically made. I ate there once, then returned two days later, as it was so good. I am not a local, but this was probably the best Indian food I ever had. My photos show garlic naan (warm, soft, and tasty), Punjabi Masala Curry, Papad bread, and House Starter Selection. I also had the Chilly masala Curry, which was amazing, and much hotter (just as it should be, and is marked by the "hotness level" on the menu. Service was excellent; even the refreshment towel served at the end of the meal was warm. I would definitely return if on my next visit to Belfast.
Great ambience. Amazing food. Great service.
The staff was welcoming and the service was on point. They served even complimentary Papadums and chutneys, which is very rare these days.
The starter mix was good, though the samosa could have been even better. The Tandoori Chicken with sauce and Naan was brilliant. So, was the Traditional Chicken Curry- yummy and tasty with the chicken pieces melting in your mouth. Pilau rice was perfectly done as well.
Overall, we were very happy and would highly recommend.
Centrally located in walking distance to the city centre and just next to the Europa Bus centre.
Amazing Indian food. Ended up here as near my hotel but definitely not disappointed! The Paneer Karahi was delicious
We found this lovely restaurant on Great Victoria street during our recent trip to Belfast 😊 The restaurant is very well laid out, with beautiful artworks and paintings on the walls. Being vegetarians, we were a little circumspect but our doubts were quickly out to rest when the Poppadums arrived with the combination chutneys! The vegetarian options are good and taste is sumptuous - special mention for the Jeera rice, Veg Do Piaza and the Dal Makhani 😊 The service at this restaurant is fantastic - special mention for Mr Lakshman and Mr Tikaram who were fantastic! God Bless them! Overall, a must visit if one is in Belfast and loves Indian cuisine!
Had a meal here last week. Have to say food was delicious. Only lossed a star because I thought I could of got slightly bigger portions. I think there wasn't enough sause with my curry. Don't get me wrong it wasn't small portions but when you go out for a meal you want to come out feeling full.
Lovely food though. Will definitely be back.
Fist time in Belfast, this restaurant was recommend to us. It was a great choice! Attention to small details like warm wipes for our hands after eating were nice touch!
I have rated this restaurant before and even though I have only been twice, it’s still my best Indian in Belfast. As I write this, I’m sat in a bar and heading over there for dinner shortly.
I work in Belfast occasionally visiting from Hampshire in England and I eat a lot of Indian food when travelling.
This restaurant can’t be faulted for the food. It is excellent and will always be my Indian of choice in Belfast.
It’s not the most central, but in my opinion it is the best.
Our family loved it. We tasted several meals and everything was nice and tasty. Naans were also very good, as well as the Mango Lassi I had first (I always have one at indian restaurants and thus am always comparing the creaminess and taste). Portions were for good eaters!
A nice word to the staff, they were all friendly and efficient.
A place to return to!
Had a meal here on business. Very good quality food. Not big portions but very nice. No draught beer let’s it down so only 4 stars. Staff are all very friendly and service is very good. You should give this place a try if you get chance.
Absolutely the best curry I've had! The creamy jalfrezi was amazing. The peshwari nan was brilliant as well. Everything was served hot and quickly. The waiters were friendly and attentive. If I lived in Belfast I would eat here a lot!
Excellent food. Very delicious and sizable portions.
You definitely won't go hungry.
We got the mixed starter for two and they were especially good at seperating the vegetables from the meat options which is great as my girlfriend is a vegetarian.
Delicious food -great flavours. Perfect size portions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious restaurant, well laid out to suit both an intimate meal, or a large group.
Great value, highly recommend.
Really authentic Indian food as exactly I expected! service was excellent too. Taste of food is so delicious, I would definitely visit again when I am in Belfast.
My hubby & I ate here last night again. Third time in a few months and we were not disappointed. Safe to say, this is niw our favourite Indian Restaurant to dine in when in Belfast and we have tried most of them.
Food and service exceptional with very friendly welcoming staff. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
We had the mixed shared platter to start, which was a meal in itself and really delicious. For main course we had a Chicken Jalfrezi and a Chicken Balti with Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan 🤤😋
Highly recommended!
Amazing food and great hospitality. Laxman was a wonderful host. The taste of the items were authentically Indian.
