Had the sweet and sour which is crispy, tasty, and served on lovely steamed rice. Very friendly and helpful. Food presentation was excellent and I'll definitely be returning.

Ordered from here for the first time last night. Have to say I think it's the best takeaway we've had in a long time. The flavours were amazing, everything tasted so fresh and was great value for money. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering again
First time ordering from this restaurant and after an initial mix up with the order and a swift and favourable resolution, I can honestly say this is some of the best takeaway food I have ever had. Delivered hot and well packed (no leakage of sauces), this is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous grub 😍... and decent portions for a reasonable price👍. The Bang bang cauliflower was bang on !, the Asian salad was a total taste treat, and the Firecracker chicken was a taste explosion 🤪. All very fresh & 'clean' food..... and I'm looking forwards to the enormous jammy doughnut later on with a cuppa... cos I was too full of lovely grub to enjoy it last night. All in all, well done Chao-Chao.... we'll be back soon 👍👍

Had one of the best takeaways from Chao chao! The food was amazing and so different from other takeaways in the area. Food was hot and was really quick with great service at every touch point. Portions were big enough we also had lunch the next day! Can’t wait to go back!
Liked the healthier food and eco friendly messages on the Chao Chao website so decided to give them a try. The food was excellent and tasted so much fresher than a standard oriental takeaway. Packaging is recyclable so you can do your bit for the environment too! Definitely recommend the sticky bbq ribs, duck donburi and crispy chilli beef dishes, good portions and really tasty. Looking forward to trying other dishes on the menu.
Really good takeaway! Ordered on a busy Friday night and delivery didn’t take too long and food was still warm. We got the duck pancakes, katsu arancini, Korean chicken wings, Szechuan noodles, and pork belly bao buns. All delicious!

The food was really nice but most of all the service from Naomi was outstanding. You have a little gem of an employee there because she was so polite and courteous and completely defined customer service in my eyes
First time getting takeaway from here and we weren't disappointed, it was like having restraurant quality food at home. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. There isn't a takeaway like this in Beeston and it's great to have it here! The staff were also really friendly when I pick it up!

Exceptional food and service. We've tried quite a few things off the menu and everything was top restaurant standard. We had a small issue with an order they sorted it out straight away and was very apologetic. Great addition to the area.
I work next door to Chao Chao and they really are fantastic. Really nice fresh food delivered quickly to your door. Can't recommend them enough. Always telling our customers how nice their food is.
