Love costa. Almond and rasberry bake and cappuccino is my favourite and the usual for me. Would prefer if the staff spoke friendly especially a particular invidual. I noticed the male server spoke with a monotonous voice with friend who is Asian and dark in colour. Whereas he spoke to other white people happily. Beeston costa is my favourite as they are friendly there. I would of gone there but it was full.

I like this Costa outlet, it has spacious seating and good they serve good fresh cakes but the customer service is not up to the mark.Also the washrooms are not well maintained.
What's not too love Plus the Vegan range is getting better.
Small Costa, morning always the same ,constant flow of customers,alway good selection of drinks and Cakes
