We ordered the special menu of a selection of Indian food. Food was great but the portions isn't the best. Its a great choice if you never tried Indian before as you have an experience of everything.

A real treat for the tastebuds, absolutely delicious food. Love the tapas theme as we were able to try multiple dishes. Food arrived quickly with a smile, great service π The venue is decorated perfectly, creating a warm and welcomed atmosphere. If you have room, the cheesecake and ice cream end the meal beautifully. I particularly loved my elephant π I know it was meant for younger dinners, but it made my day.
I have been a regular diner at Lagans for many years. The staff are always so friendly and attentive and very considerate paying attention to detail and remembering diners favourite drinks and dishes. The food never fails to impress and tastes wonderful. From the selection of Tapas to the Thali. Thank you to all the staff and bringing such lovely food to Beeston. The food here was really tasty. We went early doors on a Sunday so had 15% taken off our food bill which is nice in a high cost of living time.
Restaurant was quiet when we went in but by the time we left it was pretty busy, even for a Sunday evening with a good amount of Asian clientele which is always a great sign.
I had the thali which was a lovely mix of curries and they were all different (you could tell homemade) and the veg in them was very fresh. Seasoned well too. They were happy to swap the plain naan to a cheesy naan and I don't think they charged for this but would have been happy to pay extra. The cheese naan was very cheesy and gooey which was great as sometimes you can order a cheese naan that merely has a faint whiff of cheese. Others in the party loved their curries.
2 for Β£10 on any of the same cocktail at certain times which we took advantage of. The cocktails I had tasted like something from turtle bay which is a very good thing as turtle bay has delicious drinks. They were also served to me with a flaming passion fruit on top! The flavour and presentation was spot on.
Toilets clean, nice enough decor. Probably a bit dark (black/orange) for my personal taste but nothing I'm not being overly nit picky about.
Highly recommend a visit.
Just wanted to share how awesome my birthday celebration was at Indian Lagan! The staff there were so friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Big shoutout to my buddy Jayanth for telling me about this place β you rock, man! The vibe was just right for a birthday bash, and let's talk about the food β it was AMAZING! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and I couldn't get enough. Seriously, if you're ever in the mood for some fantastic Indian food and a good time, Indian Lagan is the place to be!
My partner and I came here for a Friday Night date-night a couple of weeks ago. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we stepped through the door.
The food choice was ample - there really is something for everybody.
They take into consideration allergies and intolerances, and also dietary preferences (meat/dairy free options available).
Despite it being exceptionally busy, there wasn't a long wait for food after ordering.
It was hot, fresh, and delicious.
The only reason I have marked the atmosphere as 4 stars is because it was so loud in there that it was difficult to hear eachother when having a conversation - that's purely down to how wonderful / popular / great the restaurant is, (every table was full so of course it was going to be loud) - but I would recommend that anybody who is hard of hearing / anybody who is sensitive to loud/mixed noises take this into consideration.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back for more soon!
First of all, the presentation here was excellent. Lovely, relaxed environment with helpful, friendly staff, but not intrusive. Attentive but out of the way.
The presentation of the food throughout was really good.
The food was tasty, with fresh ingredients, and prepared promptly.
Don't misunderstand me - the food was good, balanced, and portions were just right.
Personally, I felt that the strength of the spices was not commensurate with an authentic Indian meal. I feel that the recipes have been toned down for a White British clientele.
This is a pity, because everything else was really enjoyable and pleasant.
From the unique and well-executed cuisine to the cozy ambiance, Indian Lagan's innovative take on Indian tapas makes for an truly excellent dining experience that we can't wait to enjoy again soon. This neighborhood gem is definitely worth a visit!
One of the city's greatest Indian restraunts. Anyone looking to spend quality time over the best food will find this establishment to be highly recommended due to its excellent ambience and helpful personnel.

I've loved both my visits here. The staff are very attentive and friendly; I never felt like we were forgotten.
Then the quality of the food was excellent. I ordered from the set menu, which was great value and gave a really interesting selection of food, nicely presented. Nice that there was a choice between meat or vegetarian set menus.

Celebrated my daughter's 21st here last night with a party of 13! It was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the food was delightful. No complaints whatsoever. They made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond. Even joined in to sing happy birthday! The food was outstanding, everything served together and nothing went wrong. Received an excellent welcome from Manager Subhash who provided a thorough overview of the menu. Impressed by the swift service, our food arrived within 10 minutes. The taste was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression. Will definitely revisit and recommend to others. A delightful experience.
Amazing service and very helpful staff! Accidentally ordered a dish that contained dairy (my girlfriend and I are both vegan) and only realized when it arrived. The staff replaced it without us even asking with a vegan friendly dish - we wouldn't have asked as it was our error! Much appreciated and we'll definitely be back! βΊοΈ

I randomly went in this restaurant to ask if they did takeaway as the place I wanted to go was closed. I ordered a takeaway chicken wrap and chips. It was so delicious, and staff were so friendly, that me and my husband went back for a meal the following day. The service was brilliant, and we ordered the meat thali and 3 tapas dishes and every single dish was rich with flavour. The servers were there when we needed and we felt truly waited on. It's fresh, authentic Indian food and a true fine dining experience. We will be returning again soon.

Even thought we had booked a table, it wasnβt on the system on arrival, however the waiter soon remedied the situation and we were seated within a couple of minutes.
The food was quick to arrive and the waitress was very helpful, polite and attentive.
