I use the costa drive thru most days as I am a district nurse its convenient and I can grab a flat white on the go. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the personal touch when I arrive they recognise who I am and know what I want. Simply the best.
My first time yesterday couldn't belive how busy it was on a weekday people having meeting with laptops and others just enjoying a coffee and cake I had just dropped someone at hospital so did some shopping to kill time and then came in for lunch super friendly service lovely toasties and caramel shortbread and a yummy large hot choccy everything clean and tiny and lovely vibrant atmosphere :-) staff great :-)
Called in just gone noon when the staff were rushed off their feet but coping very well. The service was great and the poor guy doing the coffees was rushed off his feet. Smoked salmon sanger + Americano very acceptable
We were so grateful to (Magic) Mike, you had run out of breakfast rolls and he was so lovely and gave the one he had put by for his lunch!!! Amazing service.
Very busy ,but still very polite and friendly staff ,good service ,clean and tidy ,highly recommend '

It’s not cheap but it’s costa so prices aren’t set by them…
For me, they’ve always got orders correct (I have allergies so worry about wrong orders), and tables are generally clean. Plenty of (free) parking in the retail park too.
There’s also a drive thru too which isn’t clearly labelled on Google maps but very visible when you visit.
Ordered through the drive-thru, really quick and efficient service. I had to add an extra two coffees to my order which can be seen as really annoying however, the server on the window ( her name is Adelaide) was really patient. She didn’t get annoyed. She deserves more recognition for her efforts. Thank you Adelaide.
This Costa has very pleasant and helpful staff and the food and drinks are always good and arrive quickly to your table. If you're shopping here pop in and have a cuppa for a few moments. You'll enjoy it.
Much better than the Costa at Kingston Milton Keynes but a bit of a wait to get my drinks! Loafs of people serving but only 1 person actually making the drinks? Would have been 5 stars if not for that.
No complaints here, it's Costa and it's done well. Staff are quick, efficient ad amiable. This branch of Costa also features a drive-through window, for your convenience.
There aren't as many decorations on the walls here compared to other branches, but the many windows and outdoor seating area provide ample opportunities for people watching 👀

Visit this costa a couple times a week, delicious coffees/hot chocolates busy in the mornings.

Re-furbished café much more attractive and with a good number of people sitting at tables it had a very nice vibe. Very short time in the queue. Coffee good and pain au raisin almost fresh.
I think the furniture now is too old and damaged, luckily the drinks are all perfect.
I go to this Costa on way home from work sometimes.
There is plenty of parking, got a drive through also if need a drink to go but I do prefer to go in and order, just seems more human.
Always seems like there is plenty of room to sit inside and spaced out well.
Staff are really friendly and place is always looking clean.
