We were in the area and wanted to have some coffee. This is a delightful and modest place. Spacious, very clean and good lighting! Good choice of menu at the café, great coffee and desserts! They have a wide range of meat and poultry! Please don't be alarmed with the prices, their prices reflect on the products. If your a lidl shopper, you have been warned... But you won't find these products at lidl! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, polite and accommodating... It was nice to see there are people who don't get offended or worried what to say. We are definitely coming back! Please keep up the great service and products!

Excellent selection of frozen food, butchers and bakery items. Friendly and helpful. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. Good spot for afternoon tea. Chargepoint dual Type 2 charger. Plenty of parking. Great lunch in the cafe with grilled chicken skewers, steak sandwich, with fries and fresh tasty salad. The only blot was the ketchup: only 15% tomato content. Heinz needs to replace the jellied red vinegar packets provided. Alas, all good things come to an end: Harper's is closing at the end of October. Many thanks to Mr Harper and his team for many years of great food and service. Sadly closed 31 October. We'll miss you, Mr. Harper and your team.

Always outstanding this visit was no exception , staff always 110% always clean food always flawless parking very easy, a touch expensive but for the location and peace I think it's actually quite cheap. Keep up the great work. Bonus you can purchase the cakes and they box them for you so loved ones at home don't miss out

Small selection of pasties, sausage rolls, samosas, which can be heated to eat in and come with salad garnish. There's also cakes which always look yummy. I had a latte which was good, also had a chicken samosa which came with salad and mango chutney - nice and chunky! Service is good and the tables were marked with "cleaned" signs. There are also outside tables and a bigger indoor seating area round the side. Plenty of space when we got there at about 1 pm. Shop area is well laid out. Some local produce. Didn't buy anything but always looks lovely! There is a car park but some of the lines are a bit iffy so just park carefully. Overall, nice place for a snack lunch in pleasant surroundings. Staff are good.

A wonderful place! They recently hosted a wake for my family following my Granny's funeral. They created a safe space for us to gather in a marquee. We were allocated our own waitress who greeted us as we arrived in the car park. Tracey was amazing - nothing was too much trouble! We enjoyed afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious and we were given boxes to take home the leftover food. Thank you!

We came here today predominantly to get fruit and veg, however, does not cater for this but so so many wonderful delights in this fantastic little shop. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter Harper who was busying himself at the meat counter - what a fabulous guy and clearly so proud (and rightly so) of all he has achieved. Don't get this great place twisted, the serve to the likes of Harrods and Sandringham with half ton of sausages a week going out and 15,000 sausage rolls......this shop is King. Try the sausage rolls, they are absolutely divine. We also decided to stop for a coffee and Lemon Drizzle and Ginger Cake......honestly, wow. All the products are just complete quality. Do give this wonderful shop a try, it is very very good and we will definitely be back regularly.

Went here with a large group for drinks and snacks, it was my first visit. Good parking. Overall it is a very bright and clean place. The staff are very attentive, well dressed, polite and they give it a feel of an upmarket venue. I had a brief look around the food shop and the quality of the products looks high, and the prices reflect this. Would go there again if in the area.

Fabulous butchers. Nice food hall, and an excellent cafe. All the staff are welcoming and greet you with a smile. Mr Harper is a lovely man who cares about his staff and community. Would definitely recommend. They've remained open for takeaway coffee and cake throughout lockdown, and it is a good place to grab a drink whilst out for a walk with a friend.

Lovely cafe with amazing cakes. I haven't tried their lunch, but the menu looks great. Also a great selection of butcher's products, delicatessen and frozen pies, sausage rolls, etc. Very friendly staff and most things are reasonably priced.

Lovely place for a coffee and something sweet - even the scone just needs butter. Great food selection and some award winning food to order and collect. Very popular for all the right reasons.
