Got takeaway from spice tonight. Being new to the area I wasn't sure what to expect....but the food was fantastic and could tell made with a little bit of Love. The man I spoke to kept me in delightful conversation at one point I had forgotten I had ordered food. What a top lad. Can highly recommend next time I'll have to eat in ���
Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere. Couldn't do enough for us, been a few times now and will keep going back. Spice was my first experience of an Indian Restaurant and I wish I'd tried years ago. Love the place, recommend it to everyone I know lol. Having eaten at Spice regularly since it opened, we decided to book a table for New Year's eve. Not surprisingly the restaurant was very busy and the service was slightly slower than usual (we expected this as it was NYE). The atmosphere was lively, the quality of the food was excellent as always and great value for money. Ali and his team did everything they could to make sure everyone had a great New Year's Eve.
One thing we have always admired about Spice is there is never any compromise on the quality of food served - we will certainly be returning in 2018!
The food is amazing, guys are lovely. You maybe a have to wait a bit but it’s well worth it. Best curry around!
We love the Spice it is the best Indian restaurant in Bedale in fact in the area! The staff are great, food awesome and although it can be very busy the food is always of a great standard. I eat either in this restaurant or get take aways on virtually a weekly basis. Quality and portions are very good.
Had yet another takeaway on Saturday night for 4 people. I can only say 1 word Amazing!. We visit this area about 3 times during the year and this is by far the best takeaway food in Bedale. Cheers guys �

This was brilliant. Great service, great food, and as for hospitality, they couldn't have gone any further for us. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Oh and must thank the owner for buying us a drink. Great gesture.

Had a amazing meal tonight. Ordered 4 different starters,all of which were brilliant, best royal kebab ever, 2 types of prawn dishes amazing, and the curry was fabulous, the drizzle of honey on the peshawar naan bread is a stroke of genius. Service was attentive but never rushed and really relaxed. Brilliant 👏
To the kids for a meal the other week as they had never tried Indian food before...
They looked after us and talked the kids through the menu. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent.
We went back two weeks later and they remembered us.
Went out for an Indian meal while staying nearby. The food was yummy, and it was nice to see the restaurant and take away busy. Plenty of spaces between tables, and hand sanitizer available. As we were walk ins rather than a booking we were not asked for any trace details, but I really enjoyed my meal out. Thank you for the wonderful food

The Spice Restaurant in Bedale was excellent. Thanks to Naz and Ali for their excellent service. We were up in Yorkshire for my daughters birthday and we decided to go to this restaurant. We would definitely go again when we’re up that way. Thank you for a great night.
The food was lovely and plentiful. Everyone was very happy with their choices, and we shared some dishes like the Dall and naans. We noted that the takeaway side of the business was brisk and felt this may have impacted on the dining side as service was slow at times, especially the drinks. Also of note on the booths area the seating was all very tired and in some areas in need of urgent repair. Next time, we'll ask to sit on the chairs and tables for a party of 5 rather than the booths.
Excellent meal for 2,staff very friendly and our 2 curry were excellent cooked to perfection, value for money .we had chicken tikka Korai and a balti massala and a delicious nan bread .
As a tourist family to Bedale, this was a recommendation from previous people in our holiday cottage. The food, flavour and quality of ingredients were amazing. Very friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Extremely enjoyable. Thank you. We wish you the very best with your business and if we lived close by, we would definitely be back
We had a takeaway. Good customer service. Because they didn't write on the lids we couldn't work out which was which....apart from one had tomato in....what I did like was there was no oily sauce swimming on the top.
Didn't taste too different to my home made curries! It was ok but not the best

We visited this evening and had an absolutely fabulous meal. We've had several takeaways from here before, which have always been very good, but this evening we ate in the restaurant. The food was amazing, well cooked, hot and the portions were substantial .
The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, even when we asked for a doggie bag for my sister's leftovers.
I would highly recommend this restaurant. I know there are other Indian restaurant's in Bedale but this is the Best.
