The best Indian! We used to visit all the time when we lived in Leeming, and whenever we get a chance to visit North Yorkshire, we always make sure this is on our list, been coming for over 10 years now, and the food and service is still spot on! My favourite is the chicken biriyani, and the garlic and coriander naan bread and the onion bhaji's are to die for! The lads are all so welcoming and it was great to be back again on Monday night for a top meal for my husbands birthday! The lads even recognised my husband and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived (we havnt been to Yorkshire in 3 years) No wonder they've recieved best Indian 3 years in a row, much deserved and we can't wait to come back again soon!
Good food and value. Probably the best of the 3 indian restaurants in a small village.
Amazing indian food! The butter chicken was great! The naan bread was delicious. Overall a great experience, great for sharing with outstanding service and kind staff!

This place came highly recommended by the locals and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived late on a Saturday night and they were able to find a table for us. Everything was great - The poppadoms were fresh and crunchy - the curries were flavoursome. Most importantly the beer was served ice cold! Staff were attentive, friendly and fast! Also, we really liked the unusual decor! The ceiling features a sort of upside down garden - it’s really quite extraordinary and bold. Great original touch!!

Lovely Family Run restaurant. They cater not only for the beginner pallet that want to build up their spice tolerance they also cater for the season curry veteran. For the more adventurous they even offer a real Bangladeshi option of curries that are full of flavour and spice which are all served with a smile. I look forward to my next experience here.
Been coming to taste of india for years and it's always spot on, excellent food and friendly staff. Honestly the best Indian for miles around.
The food was absolutely delicious, it was only let down a little by the hour long wait we had for the takeaway. Judging by others we will probably order by phone next time and then go in, as all other takeaway orders seem to have done.
Having said that, when we ate the food it was really good and we will definitely be back.

The Spicy coconut King prawns was something I've not had before. It was recommended by the waiter and I was NOT disappointed.
The fish Bairan was amazing as a starter.

Very attentive restauranteurs who never fail to make you feel at home. Have used these for the last three years and the standard of food and customer service has always been consistent throughout. Definitely recommend to anyone new to the area looking for an eat in / takeaway.

I and my partner went out for a meal on our weekend away, originally starting with some pub grub. Upon being disappointed with what we received, be got our money back and we decided to try this place, best decision we made.
The staff was very pleasant and very helpful talking myself through different dishes on the menu and also went out of his way to obtain some chilli sauce for my partner to dip her popadom in.
The food we received was tasty and fresh. The chicken in the curry was very tender with no tough bits and the curry had a good kick which I asked for.
On top of all that it was not expensive on the slightest for what we received and if I am ever in the area again I would definitely not hesitate to return to this curry house.
Everything here had me head over heels. Perfect food, fine dining and the most cheery staff to keep you entertained with their lovely talks. Every curry was explained to the littlest detail and tasted ever so delicious. Highly recommended!
