I am in this Starbucks pretty much every single day, the friendliest loveliest staff and always great coffee, love this branch. There have been a few issues while it was being run by the previous manager, felt bad for the staff as nothing they were doing wrong at all, but since new management has taken over this last month there has been vast improvement and back on track again!
10/10 service from Savanna and her manager at the Beckenham Starbucks. Savanna knew her coffee and was really helpful when helping me with my order. Also their till was playing up, and the whole team handled the situation so well!
In terms of customer service, you can't beat it here. I wish I had taken her name but the nicest staff member made me a surprise drink and it was so bloody good. Other starbucks, they can barely take your order. Super great vibes here!!
The staff are so friendly. My daughter has sensitive hearing and was crying and a member of staff went out of her way to make sure my daughter settled and was ok. Always helpful here.

The loveliest staff there today at around 3:30pm on Wednesday. I went in with a friend, and the two ladies went above and beyond for us!
Amazing customer service by a girl called Savannah and her colleague James so friendly they actually take interest in communicating with customers will be back !!
