We had a great Sunday lunch here today. Six adults, two kids and two dogs. A lovely roast - very nice beef or pork with traditional roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds teamed with seasonal veg selection of beetroot, parsnips and butternut squash. My hubby had the steak and mushroom pie - it was huge and delicious with buttery mash. Scrummy homemade desserts. £17.50 per head including a drink and service. Cannot praise the cheerful and courteous staff highly enough either.

Great food and great service. The Thai green chicken was amazing. Blink and you will miss the entrance as it's on the old part of Lowestoft Road with no signs on the new road. Dog friendly.

First visit, my husband had the Thai green curry which he said was very tasty just a little 2 hot for his taste, I had the panko chicken strips with chilli jam, the chicken was a little tough but I did enjoy it, the chips are the best I've ever eaten and never seem them done like this they were a V shape, lovely and crispy, the staff were very friendly my only criticism was it needs an eye for detail the window frames had cobwebs inside and outside also the window frames could do with a clean, corners and back of the toilet door near the lock was dirty from fingers

My friend and I stayed in our respective campervans last Sunday. The pub it's self was really nice as we're the staff, very friendly. The food is excellent. We had The Sunday Roast , it was lovely. There was music on from 17.00 and it was quite busy as it was off the beaten track. There is plenty of parking in the car park, and there is room across the road for at least 6 camper, but no EHU, toilets are available in opening hours. There are nowhere to empty your toilet waste. Well, it's worth a visit if you are in the area. But phone ahead to book your meal if you visit on a Sunday.

Friendly and so welcoming. Sunday roast delivered with a smile, beautifully presented a plentiful plateful which arrived piping hot, very fresh and great value/reasonably priced. Noticeable the landlady, very involved in the smooth running of the bar area and restaurant operation finding time to speak and check in with her customer’s which I felt was a very personal and professional touch adding to the overall ambiance and pleasant lunchtime experience at the Three Horseshoes. When visiting family in the areas this will be my local now.

Really exc llent food here, good selection of starters, mains and sweets. Service was great too. The pub has a great vibe about it and we were lucky enough to listen to a live band afterwards called Derby and Danny, what a great act. Highly recommend 👍

We held the wake after my Mother’s funeral here at the end of February 2023. The private room was perfect, with seating and tables. There was limitless tea and coffee which we helped ourselves to. The buffet food was ideal (which we chose the week before),and Shelagh was very honest with regards to how many we would need to cater for. She dissuaded us from increasing the number we thought we should have catered for assuring us there would be plenty of food and she was so right!! There were about thirty of us, plenty of food and plenty of room for more people. I would certainly recommend the Three Horseshoes for a Wake, especially as it was not to far from the Crematorium.

We were a party of 6 & ate off the Asian Menu. 4 of us had the Bang Bang Pork Belly with Rice Crispy Seaweed & Noodles in a Sweet Chilli Sauce. The Pork was amazing just melted in your mouth. 1 of us had King Prawn Thai Curry. There were lots of Prawns & very tasty with a kick. 1 of us had the Bbq Ribs & Wings combo served with chips. The meat just fell off the bone & the chips were fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. We also joined in the pub quiz which added some entertainment to the evening. The meals were under £20 without a drink. We will definitely be returning.
