Finally visited the Midland last night!! The best tapas restaurant I have been to on the island. The food and service was fantastic. Hands down the nicest meal I've had in a long while!! I don't usually feel full and satisfied after tapas but this certainly wasn't the case here. Great portion sizes. Cannot wait to return very soon!
Had a lovely tapas meal here for our anniversary, the place was recommended by friends. The dishes were plentiful and tasty also I was impressed by the selection of Gin's that were available the rhubarb gin went down a treat. Every table was occupied so booking a table is advisable but the service was still efficient and the staff were all friendly.
Menai mussells with garlic were to die for! Baked fig was delicious and we also had the burgers, chicken wings and garlic mushrooms. All fantastic. Highly recommend!

Myself and My BF visited today for a drink and snack and can only describe the place in 1 word! AMAZING! We both enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very attentive and made our afternoon complete! Highly recommend
Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Great music playing.... Called in at a lunchtime for a birthday meal for my husband. ... salmon was lovely, the peeking pig was very tasty and the churros and pancakes were amazing. Will be making the effort to call again soon�

Love this place! The food is always spot on, I love tapas especially with local produce. Plus they sell cava, which is much nicer than prosecco in my opinion!

We enjoyed our tapas here. The pork belly was nice and crunchy and we enjoyed the patatas bravas and my partner said the mussels were great. I have a dairy allergy and they were very helpful with what to choose. The decor and staff were nice. Worth a visit.
This is our second visit here. The king prawns, duck dumplings and straw fries were particularly good. A bit expensive for tapas but they are a good size. Best to get 2 to 3 dishes person.
The food here was amazing and the service was great. We ended up spending a lot of money just because we wanted to try so much of the food. I really enjoyed the falafel and the meatballs but all of the food we got was delicious. I highly recommend that you come here!
What. A. Place!!! This was one of the nicest collections of small plates I've ever eaten. And I've been to a fair few tapas restaurants in my time. The atmosphere inside was bustling but not loud, the owner was working this night and she was just lovely. Every member of staff had a great attitude, and you could just tell that every customer was having a great time. Match all of this up with the gorgeous and well-priced food, and you can tell why the place was full. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent all round, service and food, one of the best tapas restaurants I have ever been to. Booking is recommended. As the 1 star reviews tend to be people who didn't book and therefore haven't eaten there! Unfortunately my picture doesn't do the food justice. We ate there 2 nights in a row and were not disappointed.

Great atmosphere is this small tapas restaurant. Lots of great option that where very tasty. Blue cheese and crackers where very tasty, tacos where a pleasant unique taste that is sure to be different to any taco you have had before. Meatballs where nice but not amazing but that's just me not behing very adventurous on my food selection. If your looking for tapas in the area I would look no further than here. My only gripe is that the staff could have been a touch more attentive as they could have gotten a few more glasses of wine out of me if they had asked how we where.
Lovely place! Could be superb! only niggle was service.... no offer of more drinks when they could see our glasses were empty. Server brought over a dish we didn't order and proceeded to tell us of saying "well I took the order, are you sure you didn't order this" He put through correct order and another server brought it over but didn't offer any salt or pepper! It was a Tuesday evening and I could be a little more understanding if it was a busy weekend evening. The venue itself and the food was worth the 4 stars
Nice little restaurant, normal tapas , good service and fair prices, only down side I find with Tapas is I always feel hungry still afterwards unless I order a lot of dishes. But that's Tapas for you .
The atmosphere was good, but a little hot and a bit closed in. Maybe some revamp on lighter decor or opening the space up and definitely aircon or something. The food was amazing and service very good.
Agreeable and popular venue with friendly staff, nice atmosphere and decent though not outstanding food. Dishes were nicely presented.
Been here 5times now over the past 6years we have holidayed in Beaumaris. Love the food & great service from the girls. One small thing,please bring hot plates with the food,cold plates already on the table a big NO!!
If you’re in for a real, positive surprise, then go to the Midlands tapas in Beaumaris. The food is superb. An exquisite fusion of Spanish tapas with Japanese delicacies. Forget all the other restaurants or hotels, this tapas bar is the place to be.
Tapas choices were varied, food prices were good although wine was a little pricey. Service was EXCELLENT, staff were really friendly and efficient.
Great choices and larger than usual portions will go back again, recommended
