Monty's Inn - Beaulieu - Photo album

We had high expectations about this pub, it was only 5 minute walk from where we were staying in Beaulieu, we came in twice around 4/5pm on a Friday and Sunday for drinks, thought it would be nice to get the feel of the neighbourhood but it was empty, felt soul less. The member of staff that was
Highly recommended. We were in the hotel grounds next to the Inn as we had our dog with us. There are tables around the quadrangle. Highly recommend a visit to Beaulieu Village, as well as the museum, etc.
Fantastic meal with a sirloin steak the size of a cow....massive..huge. Great service and really lovely helpful staff. Perfect 👌
We tried the pigs ears starter! Was very interesting but very tasty. Don’t be afraid to try. The waiting staff were very lovely and friendly and the food was incredible! We had the pea soup and squid starter which were both so fresh and tasty and then had the pork and fish and chips as mains. Probab
Food and service were excellent but the bill was eye watering for what we had. Feels like a quiet pub but prices mean you must approach with caution. The pig's ear crackling was a chewy expensive novelty and not recommended.
Best roast I have ever had! The meat was so tender and cooked to perfection. Amazing service and a relaxing environment.
We had two really delicious meals here and the service was impeccable! However £20 for a single burger is a little steep, especially as you don’t get many chips with it. A beautiful venue nonetheless and a bonus that they’re so dog friendly too!
Ate in the pub side in a fantastic window booth. The Sunday lunch was excellent. Not 5* as the service was a bit hit and miss. Confusion over whether the roasts were gluten free or not, took ages to get a decent sized tee jug and clean glasses for the table, asked for a Virgin Mary which was a let d
By accident we decided to have dinner here after a long day at Beaulieu Abby. We had salmon and fish cake... the food was exceptionally tasty. The waiter Graham was so nice explaining us the different dishes and made the perfect recommendation. Definitely a place I can only recommend.
Lovely lunch at Monty's. Good choice across the menu from sandwiches and light bites, through to full size platters. I ordered the burger with fries, my wife had the beer battered haddock and chips. Wife commented that the homemade Tartare sauce was excellent and the mushy peas delicious. Book ahead
Great pub, super atmosphere and lovely food. If you're a dog lover this place has got all breeds visiting! Service is very slow, make sure you're not very hungry and impatient.
Had the chance to share our visit with a few locals. Great pub, sensational location. Menu was a nice variation from the somewhat repetitive other local options. Food was nice and good portions. The locals and a perfect fire place really made our visit. We felt very welcome. Highly recommended. We
Excellent lunch, great service, lovely ambience. Pigs ears and Leak&Potato soup followed by Lambs necks with minted peas.
Fabulous food. The rhubarb cheesecake was insanely good. Great options for children. Friendly staff. Clean and bright inside. Dog friendly. Good wine selection.
The best burger I’ve had in a really long time! However fire was closed for maintenance - not their fault of course, but wanting a nice atmosphere and warmth as it’s icy cold right now, also had a subtle smell of drain, but the food and service was top notch!
We were greeted by some very friendly staff and we had a lovely meal. We will be coming back.
