Absolutely amazing service, you wanted for nothing. Amazing staff and so welcoming they constantly catered for, cared for and made to feel important. Absolutely fantastic... they made it easier for me to be away from my family. Really kind pub/people 😌
Waitress was brilliant. It was packed but she still found us a table. Really took the time to understand how I wanted my steak cooked. Great service.
Only disappointment was we couldn't add a tip on our card to thank the awesome waitress.

Im a happy man! Couldn't fault the food, service and surroundings. Brilliant! It's great nowadays to walk out of a place not thinking you have paid too much for not a lot. We paid a fair price for great quality food. I hope everyone else has the same experienxe.Well done staff at Burnbrae. Keep it up, we will be back.
Really enjoyed the food in here. I was staying in the Premier Inn next door so I was here for breakfast each day (but I did come for a few evening meals too). The staff are excellent, very accommodating. I use a wheelchair and the entrance isn't very accessible as it's very tight and has doors you need to manually open. There is also a fire extinguisher on the wall as your enter the restraunt that gets right in the way.
Came over from Ireland to see our grandchildren. Had lunch today and found the food great and the service was second to none from a lovely young girl called Katie. Will definitely be back next time we are in Glasgow.
Living in Yorkshire now but pop in 4 times a year when visiting. Great pub, great food, great atmosphere. Special mention for Katie, she looked after us wonderfully, so friendly and always a cheery smile. Can't wait for my next visit.
The staff are what makes this place. All very friendly and welcoming. I even witnessed a staff member take a gentleman through a detailed explanation of variety of lagers available.
There are plenty of food options and I opted for the steak ciabatta. The first half was really good but the second half of it was fatty and not really edible. The beef dripping is amazing and a must to try.
Like with most GKs it does need a lil updating and deep cleaning. Plenty of parking spaces available round the back and a lovely terrace to sit out on - although only views of the car park and hotel behind!
There's a couple of things on the menu that aren't great but on the whole it's above average and not too expensive. Their breakfast is amazing and not to expensive. Much better than the beefeater across the road. Their menu is pretty limited, and they stop serving breakfast at 1030 and close the kitchen till 1230. If you're struggling to decide between the 2 I'd 100% go with the burnbrae
I quite enjoyed this establishment, had the mixed grill, washed down with an alcohol free peroni, the chicken breast was a tad dry and they could have used a bit more expensive sausages but the friendly and happy service from Lauren and really clean and well maintained establishment still pushes it to a 5 star, prices were reasonable too, would definitely go back 👍
Great food friendly staff - Guinness well kept. After a 7 hour drive it was a great place to relax with great food and service couldn’t fault a thing
Went there and was amazing experience lovely inside candles on table staff very helpful and very busy the meals where 5 star and the way I like my steak cooked fish very tasty and crispy batter and a full glass of coke not half pint keep up good job
Visited tonight for the Thursday grill night, advertised that if you order 2 dishes from the grill menu you receive a complimentary bottle of wine , we ordered a text next burger & chicken skewers from grill menu, but when we asked for bottle of wine we were informed that a burger is not on the grill menu? Which menu very clearly stated it was? Very misleading & disappointing, other than that food & service was good

I had to try the Tomahawk steak (32oz)! This is ment to be a shared dish with double sides and sauces, side salad and balsamic glazed vine tomatoes.
I took this on solo, not advisable! I still have the meat sweats 2 hours later.
Was advised that there would be a wait for the steak, expected for a 32oz steak when taking blooming and resting time into consideration.
The steak was cooked to a nice medium as I requested. Would have liked it to have been seasoned prior to cooking but that's just me being picky since everything tasted great.
Good value, nice atmosphere and I would return without hesitation.
Great food at a good price. I'd suggest booking in advance as they do get very busy in the evenings.
I absolutely loved the interior vibe of the place. Staffs are soo nice and welcoming. Very good options for vegetarians and vegans as well.
