I think I had one bad overcooked piece of fish, genuinely I’ve only ever done fish and chips and/or sausage and chips.
The fish is always consistently cooked, never overgreasy, and be warned they are huge, that fish is enough for two to three people to share, the batter is always crunchy and tasty,
