I honestly cannot praise Tescos in Batley highly enough. I had been forced into doing the weekly shop due to my husband fracturing his ribs. As it is one of my most hated pastimes, I decided to place an online same day click and collect for when I finished work at 6pm.

Great customer service today at the Batley store... checkout assistant Ellen went above and beyond and really helpful, helped with packing, and waited patiently while I found my clubcard and coupons..my husband is disabled with a brain injury and gets really irritated, she picked up on the situation
Always found good place for shopping, mostly staffs are helpful, u can find most of stuff under one roof , always busy , I found myself uncomfortable with some of staff on tills
Always been happy shopping at Tesco but this store as some impolite employees selling mobile phones on 1st floor wouldn't let me look at phones didn't give me a receipt had to ask as on way out security check you've not stolen items as it's a big problem in batley been a user since 1

Huge car park, massive shop with a lot of variety. Scan as you shop works really well and can get busy if you need assistance but still faster than a standard till for a trolley full. I worked near the Asda in Morley and drove to this Tescos as it was way better.

A happy shop, arrived in time to pick up a few yellow sticker treats alongside the basics. Empty car park when I arrived, but had filled up by the time I left, both customers and staff polite today.
This morning when I went in, they had that prime stuff at £2 and I had to get one !
