Excellent customer service been to the drive thru a couple of times recently and have been served by the same lady I believe her name is Nicola ( from the receipt) on both occasions she has been so pleasant and helpful. Makes a nice change to have service with a smile at chain restaurants. Thank you

Oh my I love this place! Such a cool setup from 7-10pm you can watch fresh hot donuts be made!! The seating is really good and it’s nice and bright. Coffee is amazing bean to cup.

What a fantastic place watching the donuts cooking. Then couldn't make our minds up which ones too pick so we ended up with a box of 12 lovely. The staff were very pleasant. It was a lovely experience first time going there won't be the last yum yum 😋 xx
Had to take my 2 little girls here after a day of being let down. And wow, what an experience it was! My girls love their doughnuts and milkshakes and so did I! 😍 The staff are incredible, polite, welcoming and the dine-in experience they provide is incredible! Windows into the doughnut machine kept
Really not bad donuts at all, straight in and straight out of the drive-through. (And I’m not joking, by the time we drove 5cm forward the lady had the donuts waiting for us!)
They’re a bit pricey though at £8 for 6 donuts.
