I won a meal for 2 voucher in a raffle. Staff were friendly & gave excellent service. Food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend the pork loin with pepper sauce topped with haggis, yum! 3 courses 4 £14, great deal

The venue was great for our 50th Birthday Celebrations. Staff friendly, helpful and professional.
Our guest all gave positive comments loving the hot buffet food and the ice cream went down a treat!
Family and friends stayed over at the hotel, giving same positive comments on their rooms, and lounge areas, all thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. A few had lunch and some had dinner again positive comments. The hotel has great decor, its warm and inviting with friendly staff. Keep up the Good Work!

We had our wedding here on the 24th june 2017 and the quality of service we were given was nothing short of perfection .We cannot thank everyone at the hotel enough and we would highly recommend there services . Carol we've got to say was absolutely amazing from the start of the process of our planning right to the end and David throughout the Day was an absolute joy to have as our master of ceremonies .The day for us was amazing and we did not need to worry about a thing as the hotel had went above and beyond for us .The quality of food was amazing from start to finish and ourselves and our guests couldn't fault it .Thank you for helping us on our special day and given us a day to remember .xxx
Celebrated my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary there on Saturday night and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, food was lovely and even though the place was busy we didn't have to wait that long for each course and there were 10 of us
My Daughter got married here yesterday and we had the most amazing time...........the staff couldnt do enough for all the guests and would highly recommend this as a wedding venue xxx
I come here at least once a year for a meal with my wife to celebrate our anniversary since having our wedding here 09/01/2010. Went yesterday and as usual the choice of food is great especially for the price! Great taste and great portion size...staff really friendly and the restaurant manager certainly made us feel very welcome.
The Cairn Hotel is so friendly, warm and inviting. Food is amazing, staff amazing, nice rooms too. Popular with travelling around Scotland for work and also locals wanting a high quality meal at a decent price. I will miss the place when I am no longer staying in Bathgate. A big thumbs up.

We had a family dinner and overnight stay for all the family to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary recently and we can thoroughly recommend this hotel.The reception staff were so helpful from our first visit to enquire about booking through to the evening itself. The restaurant staff were excellent and so helpful throughout the evening and next morning at breakfast.
Went with my family for the Hogmanay ball and had a fantastic night ! Food and service was first class , the band were great never sat down all night ! Would definitely recommend ! I will be back for a meal soon .
It was our wedding anniversary and decided to go to the Cairn Hotel. We had a 3 course meal, the highlight was the rib eye steaks we ordered, done just the way we asked.

We were there for a family celebratory dinner. Had dinner in a private dining room, drinks in a relaxed lounge area, overnight stay & breakfast. Service throughout was superb - nothing was too much trouble. Food was also brilliant (both dinner & breakfast).
Some family mentioned that road noise was an issue (I didn't notice) - so go for a room overlooking the car park.
