Really nice restaurant! Friendly stuff who gave us good advice on what to try. Had a nice talks with them too! The food was absolutely delicious and the dining space was cute designed with old school chairs and and vintage furniture.
A lovely little Mexican restaurant chain to stop by at any day. Tortilla has always been the perfect take out spot. This was my first time visiting Bath and had quite a hard time finding a place to eat. There was a slight wait but nothing too long. I ordered myself a large burrito which was super tasty! Authentic ingredients and the price is right - plenty of flavour in the rice and incredibly filling. The interior is well decorated with some nice music to dine in to. The staff were so friendly, and provide service at a superb standard. Overall, I’d recommend this lovely chain! 🌯
Although it reminds me of a Mexican subway. I'd still rather eat here than subway any day of the week. The beef is really nice. And the service is always with a smile.. tables are always available, every time we've been.

However I think You have to work on your employees, not all of them 😊. The female part wasn't really pleasant and happy to serve us. I didn't feel comfortable. That is why one star less. The male part was really nice, specially manager. He asked if food was good, he was really patient with other customers and he clearly explained everything to them. Good job for that.

Went for the £5 Tuesdays student deal but the service from Sophia made it seem like a priceless and unique dining experience. Always smiling, so kind and kept checking on how we were - would definitely go back again and hope that she gets recognised for this!!
Love their burrito and naked burrito! Ingredients used are really fresh! Price point is affordable too!
I recent visited Bath and had a Tortilla as a nice bit of lunch with the family. It was honestly a great bit of food and very quick. We met this lovely young man, Ben, and he was very helpful with deciding what to have in our burritos and gave some great recommendations. He was also very polite and had a happy attitude. Overall, this was a lovely lunch and great experience, will definitely be coming again!
Great food, great vegan and vegetarian options. I was served by Charlotte, she was very smiley and happy to help. She was very respectful of my dietary requirements and changed her gloves without prompting, which seems rare is many service places. Would definitely recommend. My favourite is roasted vegetables as it comes with FREE hand made guacamole, it is always delicious

Went here for a cheeky lunch break. The food and service was amazing probably the best Mexican Ive had to date. Also a big shout out to the Store manager Ty! He couldn't do enough to make sure I had the best food and service. Will definitely be back
Tortilla is a chain of TexMex food and I really like it. In this store I opted for the quesadillas and they were delicious. The only problem of this place is that it's a fast food restaurant and as a consequence often it can be a bit dirty. But of course for the price paid this is what you get. Probably better for a take away because anyway the food is very tasty! :)
