Service can be improved. Not large selection of food and drinks. The environment looks outdated. Toilets are downstairs and you need to look for it among many other service doors. They asked to wait 45 min and the place was not full.

This restaurant although looks nice from the outside was let down by the extremely poor standards of the food, the Herby Chicken we had was terrible and not very nice at all. We are unlikely to return to Bath anyhow, but if we did, this would certainly be a place to avoid. - This needs a desperate r

Went there for breakfast, they opened late as the waitress was on her own, then we had issues with our breakfast, cold beans, eggs weren't cooked as I asked them to be cooked. The waitress tried to help.us, got another breakfast which was as I wanted plus 10% off the bill.

Lovely restaurant, excellent choice of food, very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly & efficient.

It was almost empty on a rainy Sunday afternoon when everywhere else seemed full which suited us. Looks very grand on the inside but seems to have fallen on hard times. What we are and drank was nice enough though.

Our waitress was excellent especially with my daughter. Food was a little slow coming out, but good portion size and good quality. When paying the bill with a different waitress with my Taste card she was a little rude, despite me checking all the T&C's too.
