I had a nice cup of coffee on a Sunday morning when the cafe was not too busy.
The food was good, but we only had cheese and ham toasties. Service was a bit weird, I had to wait to be served, even though there were four people, including the manager. Good place to sit and relax alone or with friends. Very good atmosphere and very friendly staff. If you want to purchase a drink to sit here and relax, I recommend. However, the food and drink here is not very good. Too much sugar in everything.
Cleaner than most, as in furniture clean and tables cleared! Considering you can't move for bumping into Costa Coffee venues and/or machines anywhere in SE England, it would be nice if they trained their staff, and those who stock their machines, properly in basic hygiene
Not been in this Costa in Southgate area, for a long while l arrived 9.40am It was very very hot inside due to breakdown of air con Tho l found 2 or 3 huge fan machines working to help cool down the areas. Young girl on the til served me straight She was very pleasant. Not busy at all inside
The young man serving had excellent customer service. A few tables needed clearing but an overall good place.
drink sizes are huge! thought I’d lost my phone in the bathroom but thankfully someone had handed it in, lovely girls behind the counter :)
Another visit and same great services. Always my favourite for flat white! Keep it up.

Clean tidy and nicely spaced out ...nice calm environment looks very good after the recent refurbishment. I had a lovely hot chocolate.
