The barista was on her own yesterday in the morning but did an amazing job serving everyone with very little wait times . She had a super friendly attitude and really made our visit one to remember.
It's your classic Nero, good coffee, nice selection of cakes. There are two levels, the first with the counter with seats to the side and the second is downstairs, that is also where you will find the toilets. Only saw one member of staff when I was there, not sure what it's like when it gets busy.
Possibly the best Cafe Nero in the whole wide world. The staff to die for. A hats off to Emma. And a happy mention to Jen. David x
Didn't have food so cannot comment. Went in early, 8.15ish and it was nice and quiet, just how I prefer it. There 3 other coffee shops within 30yds of this but you can't beat Caffe Nero.
This store recently suffered from a lack of staff and was looking shabby however a new manager (Jen ?) has recently turned this place around ! Wanted to give her a big shout out as the place is now clean and plenty of cakes out ( most important! ) nice to give credit when it’s due ! Also so friendly
My favourite cafe, delicious coffee and cakes. Service was very disappointing due to one member of staff left to serve customers, clear and clean tables and cope with a a queue of customers. Poor girl hadn't had a break and had been there since 11.30am and it was now after 4pm......another member of
Not a lot of room for pushchairs/ wheelchairs and no accessible toilet, but there's a fair bit of seating downstairs and the staff were lovely.
I would say I like coffee Nero as they provide you with a very tasty coffee and snacks.
The staff are very friendly and polite. You can choose to have the coffee inside, outside or take away. They have a scheme with free coffee after you bought around 10 coffes.
I do reccomend for you to try.
I loved how fresh the croissants were - flaky and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Coffee is also always very good. The floor though inside the shop could do with a good clean.

Good location. Small on the ground floor, but there is also a basement extra seating room. Friendly staff, but coffee was too bitter for me. A sweet muffin helped, a bit, to balance the taste.
