I stumbled upon this cafe on my way to do some sight seeing. Its a basic menu and I had a bacon and egg bap and a coffee. it’s really good value and is run by wonderful volunteers who were really attentive! Another bonus was they had really clean toilets. Not the ritz by any means, but supporting the Salvation Army and value for money I’d go back again

Went for brunch whilst the car was being MOT'd. We found this place friendly welcoming with the added bonus, reasonably priced. The waitresses were absolutely lovely, great big smiles and we felt they were happy to be there. Will definitely visit again.

What a lovely breakfast spot, extremely friendly and affordable. As it is a part of the Salvation Army you also feel a quiet happiness.

Good food at good price. Simple decorations but good service. The staff put on face masks and also asked customers to do the same when going in. First time I have seen this in UK but this is really the right thing to do.
