Nice coffee Shop bigger inside than it looks, so quite spacious. Young guy serving was on his own, so was a short wait. However, he remained cheerful and did his best 👌 Great Flat white
wide floor, nice service, great coffee
Nice "characterful" cafe. We ordered a decaf mocha and a cortado, along with a banana nut bread (labeled as raspberry almond crumble though). All very tasty.
I got take out on this one but look forward to sitting in here soon, its a really chilled atmosphere with helpful and friendly baristas. Side note, apparently Caffè Nero baristas can never remember if you wanted cream on top or not. Hot chocolate as always from here and was as good as ever, shame I can’t quite work out the app and paying yet 😅
Really huge but cost feeling Caffe Nero. The opening hours are fantastic and the decor is welcoming. Lovely kind staff, really amazing soya hot chocolate and ok vegan Christmas panini. Definitely recommend going to this Caffe Nero. Right next Bath spa and the bus station.
Came to Nero to have a coffee and sat inside. The store is clean and has WiFi and power sockets. The barista who had curly hair and glasses made my drink quickly and was friendly, definitely gave me excellent customer service.
The location is very convenient, in front of the Bath bus station, and the opening hours are long. The staffs are very friendly, but there are not many seats with plug in, if you want to use a laptop. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is very unstable and the environment smells heavy of smoke.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Only taking card payments at the moment.
The store in clean and tidy, with limited seating.
Food is good and drinks are hot.
A good selection of food and drink is available.
Always a lovely coffee and pleasant staff.
All you would want and more in a coffee shop! Staff are super friendly. Defo recommend!
Great coffee and snacks with free WiFi and comfortably seating also has toilets.
Nice place to have a coffee, a chat with friends or even little work. Coffee is good and cakes are sweet. I visit this place on Sunday morning and there was only one person from a staff. Poor guy had to do everything by himself therefore some tables were with empty cups. When you finish your coffee you can help them out by taking your tray for dirty dishes. It is not a big deal for customers but means a lot for a staff. I can answer your questions straightaway: they will not put more people on a shift. That's the reality of a modern business.
Cold wet day when we dropped in, only one person serving, but really quick with well made coffee. Plenty of clean seating and tables, even though they were moderately busy. Right across from the Bus and Train stations.
