Lovely Costa with great ambience. Staff are fast at making delicious drinks. Really lovely layout of the store. Located in blBath city centre which is super handy as you walk around beautiful Bath. I would definitely go back.
Worth a visit as a morning regular. The service is superb and the new manager is fantastic. Always engaging, speedy and has a great way with customers. I would highly recommend and after visiting for years it is now running more efficiently and the service is fabtastic
A lovely little Costa here. The staff on the door were efficient at getting you seated in the small store. They were very helpful and friendly. The staff inside were also friendly and efficient. They kept the cafe clean and tidy, with good cleaning measures for the tables and the toilets. The food and drink was top notch as normal.
Good social distancing measures are in place here.
This 1 gets very busy. Lucky if you find a seat!
Bath is a busy tourist location, lots of coffee shops to choose from. We chose Costa because we played safe.
Went here on Saturday, first day of Christmas market. Really busy but drink was perfect. Much needed after the cold weather
Lots of seats available and charging ports when I arrived at 4ish so perfect for getting work done. Enjoyed my berry cooler, very refreshing.
I work at a Starbucks and still prefer coming here, Costa espresso is just so much nicer. Got a free drink thanks to the app and the guy on till offered me a free upgrade to a larger size, which we're not even told to do at Starbucks, so props to Costa for that. Other than that the staff are always very friendly, but unless it's the summer it doesn't seem like there's enough of them in there to keep it running smoothly behind bar while keeping toilets and seating in check. The toilets are never really that clean and sometimes without toilet roll, Costa you're a billion dollar company, please employ more staff.
Redeemed my free-coffee coupon that I received in mail. 😀 overall, fine, a bit noisy and the line is quite long (costa is super popular). Don't know if they have a wi fi. Other than that, welcoming friendly staff
