Had a very enjoyable lunch there. The staff whom I interacted with ,Harvey and Zoe, were efficient and very helpful and made choosing what to eat from a huge menu so much easier. The prices were more reasonable than any pubs or restaurants I ate at prior .While everything was good the standout was t
Food was excellent as was the service. I believe utensils were brought out to the table before I could sit back down from ordering! Bartenders were great too, took our order in a loud bar without a problem. Ginger beer was nice to have but I wish you guys had coffee going. It was a rainy cool day.
We had a wonderful lunch there today. The staff, Johnny and Zoe, were lovely and very welcoming. The food was delicious, one of the best fish and chips I've had, I even tried mushy peas! The prices were very affordable and the serving was very generous! We will definitely come back!
We popped in here before going to the forum and wasnt dissapointed. We were greeted by friendly staff who served us promptly. We sat down and made our orders , they have a great deal where you can buy a burger and fries and you get a spft drink free or for £1.50 ypu can upgrade to and alcoholic dr
A bit louder than I would like but then I am getting old. Good ciders but not much for a beer drinker. All the staff were very welcoming. I would say the staff are the best asset for the pub.
The atmosphere for me was brilliant. Given the historic nature of the building, the internal is that of a great casual Local. The meals are delicious and value for money. Comfortable chairs and good sized tables. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They make first timers feel like regulars with ease
We went here for Sunday roast which was very tasty. Once the food was ordered which you do at the bar we didnt have to wait very long. Remember your table number for when you go to order your food. The football was being showed on the screens, which wasn't a problem to us, but if you don't have any
We were greeted by a lovely gentleman behind the bar who talked us through some of the cider options. Very kind and easy to deal with. Enjoyed a pint in the beer garden before moving on. Nice spot
This place is awesome! The people here are great and the atmosphere is so fun and chill! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some good food, drinks and a good time!
Here you can have a perfectly poured pint of Guinness. Excellent location for watching football.
Not too impressed with the beer selection so we had gins. Nice sized beer garden.
Lo, I visit Bath quite a lot and entering this pub can, at times, feel like I’ve time travelled. The manager, to my shame I didn’t get his name, but he has a luxurious Irish lilt, was the throw back. He is really good at his job, so professional, so attentive and he really makes you feel welcome. No
My first impression left me wanting more! I ordered the chicken & chorizo pie and goodness was it delicious! The staff were very welcoming, the music playing were classics that appeal to all crowds, and the establishment was very clean. I can guarantee I WILL be back for another pie and pint! See yo
Very nice pub in the middle of Bath. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced food and very tasty. Staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.
Best pub in Bath! Lovely staff who are polite and efficient. Great food and good value for money. Decent beer garden with plenty of seating.
Dropped in for a couple of drinks to give our feet a rest after walking around Bath in circles. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Menu looked tasty but we'd already eaten. Sat in the spacious beer garden. Would pop in again.
We had the rump steak, chicken and crispy bacon, half duck. All and all meals were okay, the rump was a little tuff and the bacon wasn’t crispy, we did want to order all day breakfast or mixed grill but they were unavailable.
